Here's the crowdfunding page. Early bird price is $349. Looks like the full retail price will be $549. Estimated delivery in April 2015.
The bag system looks pretty cumbersome. The way the assembly works is neat, but it's a lot of parts and there doesn't appear to be a valve. Doesn't look particularly user friendly IMO.
yeah, after watching the vid........I agree with you.
............. disappointing.
Same here.
Steve said it took years to develop, all they did was add a air pump and some flashy lights??
Where is the portable LSV? How awesome would it be to have and interchangeable battery, small FF, portable LSV???
And with a MSRP of $549, .
Yeah, not trying to rain on any parades but it really seems like they are just aping a lot of the features from the Extreme Q: ground glass joint heater cover (always nice), bags+forced air (cool, good for groups but I never used it much with my EQ), and the led lighting (meh, I guess the multi-colour is cool?)
Edit:
One thing I did notice was that amazing in-house glassblowing shop they have and the work they put out. Not cheap to maintain a set-up like that, so props?
After watching the video I definitely will NOT be getting this vape. What I will do is invest the time and money into fixing and keeping my old SSV. Pretty disappointing to say the least.
Did anyone else notice the guy in the video spill his herb when removing the balloon from the unit? Made me laugh....
It's not going to be portable, it will still require a power cord. Did you see somewhere that they have a portable one in the works?so much disappointment I had to post again.....
I'm just interested to see the portable version but honestly, I'm so happy with my launch box I don't think I need anything else.
its perfect for me and the warranty is unmatched.
