Well I've only used it twice and I haven't noticed anything visibly wrong with the pressing screen afterwards. Also I don't know exactly what material they're made from but you definitely have me wondering about that.

Like I agree we need screens for this to be at all viable, but we need to make sure that the screens themselves are safe to be repeatedly subjected to these conditions!

Yup, found another way to express THC Bomb's essence lol.
For screens - I used empty teabags that were thoroughly cleaned. Tastes so close to the bubble I put in, more like it than my best solvent extracted absolutes!

Are u using parchment or PTFE and what are u using for heat also what temps?

I'm actually using a modified version of my patented solvent purge setup lol
It will no doubt be further customized because I have thoroughly enjoyed rosin since I started experimenting with it
I am using temps just below 300f and always ptfe. Don't use parchment for this because even the raw stuff can leave residue on your oil I have found!
Screens are a must, you don't want rosin full of particulates lol
I love to dab most of my bubble as rosin, the remaining patties get taken out and finely chopped in with flower loads in the crafty, and anything stuck to the filters gets solvent extracted into absolute shatter with my new one wash tech
Also I find you can definitely press more rosin out of the same patty. I keep pressing (harvesting the resin after each press) til there is no more before vaping the patty in abovementioned fashion!

None of the flower rosin I've tried has come close to good BHO in terms of flavor. My best result had just a slight hint of the terpene profile from the flower. However my experiments with medium grade bubble (even pressed w/out a screen) taste much better. The bubble rosin extracts with lower heat/pressure so I think less of the terpenes are damaged.

Are you noticing any significant or noticeable loss being stuck to the teabag screens? While I'm using a convection vape now for the stuff (the occasional particle is fine), I really wanna go to a pen but I am not sure what's the best option screen wise would be for using just the buds..

When I used a pressing screen for bubble, a significant amount was left trapped in the screen. A screen isn't required for buds though. I've been getting this clarity with only parchment:

Dunno how or why you've waited so long. Take half a gram man thats all it takes to be doing dabs of solventless these days haha.
I promise its not a trick, you can get a hair iron at walmart for $15 and go to town!

That's what I was expecting I guess, but then again that doesn't seem so bad...if the teabags are 100% cotton, I'd imagine you'd be able to just throw that into a convection vape like the nano and go to town!

I have been keeping up with Rosin Tech through bubbleman's hash church (sundays) and now I'm stuck watiting for a flatner to show up in the mail from china (didn't realize it till I after I ordered through amazon it would be overseas shipping) in the mean time I'm just paying attention and ready to flatten some over 5 year old bubble hash I have, to see if I get anything decent from it. I've got my bubble 25 micron drying screen, and some oilslick pads to start with. I'm not sure how well those work for this, but gonna try anyway cause it's what I have here. If I get anything good I'll post it. ...so I keep laughing at the thought of all these guys going to buy flat irons LOL

I opted for a manly purple one this morning lol I kinda felt stupid but maybe they think I'm a nice guy buying an iron for my girl at 5am lol fuck it.
@DieHard yea this is almost to easy to be true there is no loss if you try it. Plus all the extracted bud/hash can still be used! No more buds in the trash after extract.
Funny thing is, if I have to go buy one of those things, I'm gonna get some looks. My hair is about as long as my arm.

Got lucky and asked my roommate if she had a hair iron for a "project" eehmmmm lol and she had 3! So I got this one and Id say I was pretty successful for my first attempt at anything like this before. 
I used around .3 of some mango bud I had but im not sure what the yield was as I was on lunch break and was in a rush
Edit: Heres the bud post squish
I did two separate presses one at 15 and one at 20 out of a 30 dial setting (couldnt find the temps anywhere)
And lastly aq quick vid of my mango rosin dab on my sublimator
I used around .3 of some mango bud I had but im not sure what the yield was as I was on lunch break and was in a rush

Forgive me everyone for jumping ahead(I have only read to page 6) but this is blowing my mind so I had to share.
Pre-press

Strain is Master Kush. First try, purple remington digital straightener, temp at 330. I pressed very hard directly on top of the nug until I heard a sizzle and then stopped after another second or so. Haven't dabbed it yet, first I have more extracting to do.
This is pretty incredible and I feel I'll be spending a lot of time with my hair straightener.
