PART 2
This is all the Fishbone stuff, along with the HydraTube.
Here's a closeup of the bottom of the space dish, I love the little Fishbone Sig
and here's the top of the dish.
This is the Spacey Dome.
It's 18mm, fully worked, joint and all
This is the dabber, I'll probably end up using it as a stirring tool though .
This is the space adapter, to go with the dome.
They go together perfectly
A closeup of the 2 non-worked adapters.
Here's how the HydraTube looks on the stand .
When I first envisioned the HT stand, it was very similar the the HydraFeet VXC now offer (I started this order just beore they brought them out), but it had an extra female joint just sorta tacked on, so I could use the HydraTube more like a traditional piece. I told him I hadn't given the idea too much thought, so if he could think of something better I was open to it. He suggested a small chamber with a stemline in it and I liked the idea
Fishbone asked me what bore I wanted for the stand (it's kinda more than a stand at this point, but I'm gonna keep calling it that ), and I told him I was originally thinking about something with about the same bore as the Hydratube, but I was happy for him to make a judgement call on what he thogught would be best.
I absolutely love how it turned out
With the way the HT reduces it's bore at the mouthpiece, the larger bore on the stand makes it look like 1 big piece that was made together.
Some Closeups of the Spaced out Stemline.
I counted 17 holes, and it diffuses really nicely. It actually feels nicer than a few inlines I've owned that had cut slits
The stand - the Male joint on top is 18mm, for the HydraTube, and the female Joint is also 18mm.
The Hydra Tube.
And a bonus little stacking pic of the Stand+HydraTube
