totally agree on the GotVape part.... i will NEVER ever shop from them ever again. they wanted to charge me for shipping to and from as well when i RMA'ed my unit. i put up a huge stink and got them to at least pay for the shipping back to me. i still had to pay to ship it to them though. i shipped it to them using the cheapest service and the smallest packaging i could find. with GotVape, unless you are putting up a stink, persistent in your efforts (contact them often), and threatening to voice your opinion on how they are treating you on the Facebook page, they will never give you anything in return
I pretty much hung up on the lady, I am extremely unsatisfied. I left a comment on fb stating the same thing, and even left a comment review which I KNOW they won't post because its negative. If they would have told me I had to pay shipping to and from when I first emailed them, spoke to them, I would be able to afford it, now I can't. So I pretty much want to chuck it.
After contacting their live chat online, they won't waive anything because it was a gift.
