Mines back in action. The customer service is a joke but a .1 can get u a solid 4-5 rips. Very efficient, wish it was a bit cheaper that's all.

Everyone please stay away from eternal quartz .... I ordered one to see if it worked any better than a glass dish. I paid for it a little over 3 weeks ago. took them a week and me hitting them up to get them to send it out usps priority with tracking. Well it was supposed to be delivered last wednesday. I still have not received anything and tracking hasnt updated in a week. I hit them up and get no response unless i comment on one of their posts which they immediately delete and then respond via dm. I was told on monday they would look into it. Never heard anything. I commented on a post again yesterday and they just said “We shipped it didnt we” and have not got back any response since.
these people are a joke. I found another company doing quartz inserts and theyre half the price of eternal quartz if i actually get one and its good ill post the info here... They also said theyre working on a SiC dish for it

Thats weird I notice it flashes purple if you try and check the battery level when its charging but never not while charging

Definitely interested, let me know how the other ones work. Eternal makes a good product, but you couldn't be more correct. When I tried to order from them, a 25 mm banger with 2 inserts after a week I messaged them they said it would ship tomorrow, nothing. Took another week or two of me hitting them up and they said "paypal shut our account down so we don't have access to those funds" so I asked if I should open a dispute and he said "yeah cause I can't do anything about it" so did that and had to wait 2 weeks for the dispute to close and paypal to refund my money. I ended up ordering a couple of their inserts off a different companies website and had no issues.
They either need to hire someone who handles orders, or stick to wholesale.

So I got my Peak and I like it! It is pretty much an overgrown pen...but it's the perfect pen! I love it.
I have SEVERAL inserts that fit well, including a lot of CCA insets and DH gate ones. So far the Peak ceramic still hits best. BUT the CCA 20mm insets do work on the white setting, especially with 2 heatups! they are a little thick, the best one is a gens 20mm sic that had a thin bottom. the sapphire works too. I also have a 22mm quartz insert from DH Gate that is thin enough to work, doesn't hit as strong as the ceramic, but it hits on red or white and it swabs clean even after a few heat ups.
It's fun to play with different inserts and caps...now to get more glass!

Fuck these quartz companies, its been over three weeks with eternal quartzs they finally agreed to mail me out another package. Hopefully have one to test out on monday and possibly a spare one if anyone wants one. They offered me a 50% discount for the hassle. Im tempted to try and get an opaque insert but after this experience i really dont think ill order anything else from them.
Also tried ordering from fadespace. paid through their website on monday. Emailed last night asking when id be getting shipping and they just replied with “soon”

Does anyone know of a company other than Puffco that sells atomizers that work for the peak?
My ceramic plate split (for the 2nd time) and it looks like they are currently sold out of atomizers on the Puffco site.

It was just on red mode, normal session...nothing out of the ordinary. The exact same way the last one split. I am the only user of the unit and this atomizer lasted about 35 hits in total. I never go above red and usually keep it on green. I can actually hear it split while its heating (this was on red). Pretty bummed out as this is the second time its happened and it looks like the down time will be for quite a while. unless Puffco restocks soon.

That sucks. The fact that it has happened twice has me questioning if it’s not actually a wattage/power regulation issue with your base.
I found my old pyrology terp coin. It fits perfectly on the puffco. it has one side meant to fit in a regular quave banger and the other side shown meant to fit an xxL banger. Theyre no longer making glass but I believe they have a bunch of these left over if anyone is interested i can inquire

They recently started selling replacement caps for $20 on their site, lol I broke my cap handle almost immediately also.. it broke super easily bouncing off a piece of wood furniture.

After over a month of trying to order an insert from eternal quartz, I stumbled on @mikessmokeshop.palmdesert’s IG page, n his shop happened to have a few eternal quartz peak inserts left instock. Dm’d him late Wednesday of last week, he responded nearly immediately. W/ tax n shipping it was $50, $10 less then what eternal is charging directly, I sent it to him late Wednesday n dude shipped it out early Thursday morning. Juuuust arrived on my doorstep. Lol The entire process took weeks less then what it was just to get a response from eternal. I can’t count how many times I’ll get a message from them about what I’d like to order, I’ll respond right away that I wanted an insert and hemisphere cap, then won’t hear back from them for days to weeks later. Man it was nice being able to order one from someone who ran his ship like an actual business. Lol
Haha glad im not the only one. They finally mailed me out another package as mine still wasnt delivered over 2 weeks after it said it was supposed to be. They mailed me an extra one for the hastle and offered me 50% off which im tempted to use for an opaque insert but Ive asked 3 times for a price while waiting for the regular quartz inserts to be delivered and have noy gotten an answer....
Have taken 1 dab so far out of the eternal quartz on green which is my usual temp with my boro insert and ceramic insert. I notice it produces alot more vapor and quicker, taste is slightly less good compared to the ceramic but its not off by much. And it didnt leave any residue on the quartz... time for more testing ill report back

So ive been testing out the eternal quartz. Its much thinner than the glass ones i made. Switched temps to blue. the thing ive found with the quartz is that you have to hit it differently than the ceramic. It heats up quicker so dont wait for the 3 vibrations just start inhaling as soon as you see vapor forming and inhale quicker more like a rig and less like a vape. Ive been getting pretty amazing flavor and bigger clouds than the ceramic out of the live res sauces im dabbing on.
That being said i dont think it stays any cleaner than the glass insert and if you mainly dab hash or hash rosin i dont know how long youll be able to keep it fresh. its nice but i def dont think its worth $60.

Does anyone know where to get different glassfor the Peak? I’d love to have something with a tiny ice catcher.
I’ve noticed ceramic has far less taste than quartz. Anyone come to the conclusion about which quartz is best yet? EQ if you hit it early on blue, or someone mentioned Source.

EQ is okay, it works well and tastes good on the lowest setting and start hitting it almost immediately. However theyre really thin and after 1-2 dabs the bottom starts getting black and wont clean up without a torch. i was told if you take globs that cover the entire surface it works a little better but theyre $60 each or discounts for more than 1 but i wouldnt recommend them.
placed an order with fadespace which are half price but that was 2 weeks ago and im still waiting on tracking
