Puffco customer service is the worst but, I had the OG version April the year it came out. I was a complete rookie with dabbing. But the peak introduced me to that world. I got to try every other form, and tbh the peak was the easiest and fastest way to dab. But it was full of flaws.
I must admit they fixed alot of the flaws with the pro. I really want to hate on this. But I got it on sale and its the best investment I've made all year. Solventless taste amazing with this. My only complaint is trying to figure out how to milk it, and it needs auto shutdown time. Other than that I have no complaints.

Glass does not usually break by itself for no reason @KievanRus882 (I class glass as a consumable), what happened?
Also, any OG Peak glass will fit the Pro if Puffco never gets back to you.

Just got my Peak Pro yesterday afternoon. I also picked up the dock. Topped off the charge. then I tried every dab I have on hand. Between that and my wife's cheesecake, I had to take a nap.
Today, I've been a little more judicious with it. I'm definitely having fun with it.

Bent-Neck Peak Pro Top
The Bent-Neck Peak Pro Top holds a massive volume of water compared to the stock piece, and will make each hit much cooler, while adding additional filtration.

LesPlenty, I have one of those from DHgate(mine is blue), and it's nothing great. I'd say only marginally better than the stock Peak Pro glass. The bubbler from Iridescent cools far better. I don't know if there's a DHgate knockoff available, but the real deal is available here:

I tried a double bubbler from eternal flame which is the best one that fit's directly on the peak, though it's insanely expensive. Of course if you want real cooling power, just get the 18mm adapter from Mr Bonsai and pile on the vapexhale hydratube bubblers from DHgate.

I'm down south, let me know if you are open / willing to splitting shipping costs, US / CAD to AUD now is pretty crazy from certain stores.
Wouldn't mind one of those Sneaky Pete unit's for my puffco, I'm also keen to try his half bowl converters for the DV!

I've found a good daily chamber setup. Jcvap ICA, extra hot heater, titanium insert, pearls. Easy to clean and titanium inserts are cheap to have around. I've never dreamed of a dab rig so convenient and hard hitting.
My unit finally arrived today...just over 4 months of delivery time and I thought stuff from China was slow!
Good things come to those that wait and I will say the PPP is quite impressive, it has a high end luxury feel to it which it should...
I loaded up a pretty big dab (for me) and started on the lowest Blue setting, the first puff was a little robot fart but was fine after that (I did not clean anything or burn it in as I want to preserve that white bowl)
I actually lost count of how many puffs but the app says I had 5 dabs on that load.
The clear Oculus carb cap is great as you can see the rosin flow around in the bowl as you move it around. I stopped when the oil was almost completely gone but not completely so it would clean up nice. 2x dry cheap qtips followed by 2x 99.9% iso soaked qtips and it looks new again,
The honeymoon dab was great, bent as 10 men (or women).
The initial testing may take a while as I do not want to chuck a whitey as I think the Peak Pro could deliver me one if I try.

Here it is on a 6mm ruby that I wipe the rosin on before dropping the pearl in the PPP,
Today I have been trying out my spare JCVAP rebuildable ICA quartz atty with Ti heater (I like lower temp dabs but there is an extra hot heater version too),

The Peak lets you save different heat profiles, I would say this is for using different concentrates, you can save different temps for each of the 4 color settings. But this feature will also work perfectly for the different atomizers (I have another complete SiC ICA on order).
I can have 4 pre-set temps for as many profiles as I like, 4 temps for morning quartz, 4 temps for lunchtime ceramic, and 4 temps for nighttime SiC!
It is a very easy-to-use interface on the device...one button...senior stoner has never even hooked his up to Bluetooth and it is his favorite concentrate rig so you never need to worry about profiles and such if that is not your thing.

I have been using the app more and realized I can simply add 25 custom heat settings and just call them whatever I want, not just low, med, high, and peak.
Up to 72 on the dab counter total, so about 35 on the ICA so far, dried out a dab completely at full power and the quartz still q-tipped clean!...I am now looking forward to the complete built ICA polished SiC with the extra hot heater to arrive!

Thanks... So you Like jcvap atties more then the og ppp... Good to hear was worried with the og ppp and flower Rosin will stain IT immidiately... But also thought to Score jcvap atty... So will also Go the jcvap Route.. please let US know about the different jcvap atties and which you Like and so...
I used low temp/pressure with the rosin in 90micron bags to help keep the OG ceramic clean...so far so good but it takes twice as many q-tips to clean compared to the ICA quartz.
127 dabs on the counter!
So I was going overboard with large dabs and higher temps on the ICA quartz until no more vapor and after Q-tipping I noticed some charring left in the bottom of the cup no matter how hard I cleaned it would not budge. I then dismantled the ICA to soak and found the char was on the bottom of the quartz and on the Ti heater plate.
I Simple Green soaked the quartz overnight but the stain was stuck in the lines on the underside of the cup (the inside of the cup is smooth). I used a bit of steel wool to clean the Ti plate and did the same to the bottom of the cup and it all got ultrasonic cleaned in iso and looks new again...a bit fiddly to assemble but pretty easy all up.
I have also been cleaning the glass with a hot water hose that I have set up for bongs with just a short length of silicone hose to attach to the PPP glass,
After I drain the water, I have a small container of iso and a pipette to spray a little iso in to deep clean then capture the iso to use again later followed by another rinse with the above hose.

260 on the dab counter...No local or cheap international way to get the angled travel mouthpiece so as usual I made my own version so I can sit back and enjoy a dab, 6mm quartz pearl on quartz, 18mm male to 18mm female angled adapter with a slither of silicon tube to seal better and to stop it from falling off,

Too much coughing would have liked either smaller dab and/or lower temps.
Not wrong, big dabs are fine, I think he is still dialling it in (he coughs less the further the video goes) or he is just going hard for the video, whatever, it is too hot...for me anyway (some like to cough). I have been enjoying my ICA SiC cough free at 400 to 450 (I am getting over the flu).
