The SPLIFF Film Festival is where filmmakers, artists, animators, and potheads will share original film shorts exploring stoner themes. From serious takes on pot culture to half-baked comedy to mind-blowing weirdness-- they will all have a home at SPLIFF!

We’re looking for creative types of all stripes to entertain, challenge, and amaze SPLIFF audiences with short films-- 4:20 maximum length-- that examine and/or celebrate recreational marijuana use and its liberating effects on our imaginations, appetites, libidos, and creative energies.

SPLIFF will play April 19-20, 2019 in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Denver.
Tickets will go on sale in the fall of 2018.

VOTING CATEGORIES & CASH PRIZES!
Three first-place category prizes and one grand prize will be awarded at SPLIFF! All winners are decided by secret audience ballot. Films may qualify in more than one prize category. This year’s categories and prize packages are:
