Hey now,
Took delivery on Friday last of another medium CVault and 5x62RH packs from planetvape. I acted quickly because I feared any product not manufactured in Canada will incur a price increase due to the ever weakening Canadian buck. One should/could expect all non Canadian products in their inventory to increase in price in the near future. Anyway I still find shopping with them to be quite easy and the overall experience with their products to be more than satisfying

What makes me wonder about PV is why they went through all the trouble to update their website?
I mean it is nice but why not go through and remove items no longer made and sold??

They must be the ONLY place online that still has pics and explanations of the Oracle vape!

They need to get on board with better prices though... They only ever seem to have the Solo on special...

Hoping 2015 has treated you well. Apologies for long times between responses here and thanks to so many FC members giving us kind shout outs. We will definitely have more FC only specials and giveaways in 2016.

Lets answer some questions:
Lots of CVault questions and stock availability? We still Love the CVaults, but since the US dollar exchange is around 35% and shipping companies cube weights, it makes selling CVaults in Canada a near losing proposition unfortunately. CVault is also sold out of many sizes for extended time periods making it difficult to receive all the sizes we need. We will continue trying to make CVaults available in Canada as much as we can. If anyone has a hook up on cheap pallet transport from California contact us.

Where are PVs FC codes? Our FC codes are in our signature, many who can't see them need to turn their mobile devices to landscape mode for signatures to show up. The amount of characters we can have in our signature is very limited so we are working on a private FC link back to our website like we had up to last year. Just need to figure out how to keep the Google bots away when linking.

Are our prices in Canadian or US dollars? All our pricing is in Canadian dollars. Currently that means an automatic 30% discount for US customers with the currency exchange. That means PlanetVape prices in Canadian dollars get converted to US dollars by your credit card / PayPal at a 30% discount. Example: for every $100.00 bought on our site, will be converted to only about $70.00 US dollars by your credit card / PayPal. The exact rate might vary up or down a few % day to day as currency rates are in constant flux. Sorry for our fellow Canadian customers, no currency exchange savings unless you are one of the very lucky and get paid in US dollars, but you always save on our low prices. Is it a coincidence that since Colorado went legal that the value of the US dollar has rocked, hopefully our newly elected government will legalize as they have promised.

Does PV have any plans to make a Turbo gong or Vortex gong for the air without the micro channel technology? We can make them for sure. With the high demand on Vortex stems and GonGs we had to put all our efforts on streamlining and perfecting production before expanding Vortex products. Most requests we get are for Female Vortex GonGs. Vortex GonGs with no cuts will be very restrictive. When we first released GonGs they were non PVHES and 99% of customers wanted better air flow which is why we developed the PVHEGonG with great success giving the perfect balance between good air flow and clouds we all love so much. Contact us with your ideas, if it looks good we will build it and ship it to you for an unbiased review and if it performs well for many we can put it in production.

Can I pick up my PV order locally? Yes you sure can. During checkout just choose local pickup and come visit us. Local pickup option will only show up if your address is actually within our local area.

Why is PV out of stock on products that I want? We sell 600+ products currently on our site including options and all are only products that we have tested and would spend our own hard earned money on. Usually these products become popular very quickly making more stock hard to acquire. Some products we need to wait 4+ months from placing our order to receiving products. We try hard to keep out of stock times as short as possible, but most out of stock items are due to the manufacture being backordered.

Yep, PV just upped their prices on the Mighty and Crafty. Pretty sure this was S&B forcing them though. Man our dollar sucks!
biohacker is correct, Storz and Bickel has very tight control on the advertised pricing of their products as well as being very costly to purchase at the distributor level. We still have the best pricing we can find on popular Storz and Bickel products.

We have another website upgrade scheduled in January. Upgrades are functional and for aesthetics. We leave legacy products like the Oracle in place as there are still Oracle customers buying parts and we will support them for as long as we can even if the Oracle vape itself is no longer available.

For 2016 we will be spending much more time on FC. Lots of contests, giveaways, idea sharing and closer FC community participation.

I find it frustrating that I have called twice and left messages to return my call so I can place an order over the phone. I can not find all that i wish to buy on the website. There are other companies to buy from who would like to fill this order. I am not accustomed to waiting all day for a company to return my call to get my business. I will be placing this order with someone today, I really hoped it would be PlanetVape but i am only going to wait so long ! Ok, got my call, order is placed and all is well !

I recently picked up a Arizer Air from PV. Amazing device, and everything was packed up nicely... but the coolest part was a free bag of doritos. made me laugh out loud. Keep up the good work!!

I recently ordered a F-bomb from PV, as well as a bunch of GonG and stuff to connect to my Arizer Air.

Unfortunately, my F-bomb arrived with a micro-scratch/crack that could potentially become larger, so I sent a message <2 hours of receiving the package to PV, and have yet to have a response.

My experience with PV is only limited to this one, and was wondering if I should be worried about their customer care/return policy?

I was really excited about trying the F-bomb, but had to wrap it back up, and prepare to ship it back.

Since this is a shipping damage or manufacturing damage, would they cover my replacement costs?

I'm still waiting for a reply, and just wanted to share my current situation.

They're a pretty established company and I don't think they'll just ignore you, not sure what their return policy is though. I'm not sure how speedy their customer service usually is, never used it.

Planetvape I remember buying the solo off you guys in 2014! Still working great, also 8 tend to buy replacement parts for it and my aromed from you guys! Like whips and glass mouthpieces, I will definitely be getting a cloud evo one day when funds are finally back in check.
