I would like to chime in. I have ordered several specialty stems from PV over the past year and a half. I have had stellar service and I haven't had one chipped glass piece. Everything is always packaged carefully and in good order.

I appreciate that the Solo and Air specialty stems have stayed at a reasonable price and there is no price gouging going on because of the popularity of the product.

You have to be on your toes and check often for the glass mouthpieces that you are waiting for to become available.

Folks when buying glass buy at least 2 at a time. That way you won't get caught without your fav piece. It's easy late at night when tired and medicated to break glass, I know from experience.

I think its possible it could have happened during shipment as well.

But i think its silly my post was deleted when there are so many posts here about the company. But i guess if they dont agree with you they just delete it from view without explanation. No worries, i dont have to post here at all.

WoodVillain nobody said you couldn't post here. I feel you have contributed nicely , just keep the planet vape complaints to the planet vape thread and anything about the Air here.

By "here" you meant the Air thread, since I moved your post (and his) from there. Somebody definitely did say that he couldn't post there on this topic—me! I posted that this discussion was off-topic for the Air thread and should be moved here. I'll assume some of you apparently missed that, since the other option is that I was simply ignored.

PS: I didn't delete the posts from the Air thread, but that's just because I didn't get there first.

Great, let's hope that's how it turns out.....strange as that sounds? In such a case, I'm sure PV will see you get it replaced. It's unfortunate, I think, such things ever happen, but if/when they do I'd be glad PV was there as well. There are few in their class I think, and strangely about half of them seem to be vape related?

IMO PV has earned a great reputation, let's hope it comes through for you.

I second, third and fourth this opinion - I have probably 8 or 9 orders, all shipped to S.E.Asia with the worst postal system I have encountered in the world, and everything from PV arrived quickly, without customs hassles or fees and all arrived in perfect shape. No one need worry when ordering glass from or dealing with PV.

I want to come in here and publicly apologize to PV. I was upset after waiting as long as i did and should not have posted what i did. I misunderstood them plain and simple and thats my fault. They were not blaming me so much as asking a question. I just took it the wrong way completely.

Please nobody take into account what i have said when thinking about purchasing from this company. Im man enough to admit when im wrong and i am. I truly apologize for this.

To PV, i do apologize. I know a bad review is hurtful to a business and i should have gave you more time to respond and fix the situation. I dont expect you to forgive me, but right is right, and apologizing is the right thing to do so here i am. I apologize.

Any ETA on the std PVHEGonGs 18mm? Mine broke (part of the ground glass joint came off) :( Still works but I'm not even sure it's still safe to use

Same boat as you mate and I'm also from Australia. We must be a clumsy lot! I have just ordered TWO 18GonG so they've just come back in stock. I'd order quickly!

Haha I just ordered 2 as well :D (18mm regular PVHEGong).... this time I went with $10 shipping untracked though. hopefully i'm not waiting forever

Thanks to all who posted their great experiences, we try hard, mistakes do happen of coarse and those we learn from allow us to improve our products and services.

Due to lots of requests we will be releasing Stubby Vortex stems for Air and Solo vapes. We are testing 60mm and 70mm lengths. 60mm gets pretty close to the action and the hot vapor does not have much distance to travel and stays pretty hot. 70mm seems a good balance between heat and size. Any opinions / suggestions from those who have tried both the 60mm and 70mm Arizer Air stems would be great. The all glass Arizer stem included in some Air kits are also 70mm for comparison.
