Now please correct me if im wrong on this but it doest seem that anyone using cotten to cap the bullet at the top or the people that used a dome style screen on top there bullet are having any issues with all these melting and chipping pieces. And heres why i think that is.
...
This is why i think that the people useing cotten or the domed up screens arnt having this issue. I think what there doing here is by topping off the top of there bullet with cotten, or doming a screen up so that it protrudes a bit above the rim of the bullet. The cotten or screen act as a spacer since they are slighty raised sightly above the bullet lip and wont let the bullet rim touch the rim around your MP or PONG.
So no then. Figured as muchGood luck

Ah ok then sorry for the misunderstandingNot in the slightest, was a genuine 'good luck'. I have no idea about any warranties.
In the continuing saga of the BarnBoy Ghetto-Toolz, today I have yet another useful container for the care and cleaning of the PNP bullets. I have access to flip-top lid film canister like bottles. They are small, air tight and except for the desiccant walls, would be great for carrying herbs (OK short-term, but not long!). I have one 3/4 filled with ISO. After I blow the wad into the ABV butt bucket posted above, I then clean with the PNP brush, blow again, inspect, and drop in the flip lid bottle for a little ISO soak. Soak length depends on what I see at inspections. I try to wash after each session, but got a gift that clogged the bullet and PonG screens. So I mix it with my standard but there is still residue. Here are some other BarnBoy Ghetto-toolz. Ever consider what to do with various containers you acquire? I showed the small Altoids tin as a hot bullet holder and small ABV tray. I also have large gum packages that are perfect for temporary ABV containers until glass jar for eventual QWET/QWISO manufacture (want to try and welcome your tasty recipes!). I take the cold bullets from the Altoids tin, placing the screen end of bullet into my mouth, I then blow the ABV out of the bullet and into the gum box like a spit wad. They look like little alfalfa pellets...
Here are some cruddy photos.
Enjoy!

EDIT: Oh, that pre-heat the PNP and then drop in a bullet is a real winner!!!! The first 1-2 perfume hits are much nicer. THANKS!
Borosilicate all the way man. If glass is touching other glass with hot air going through it, you want it to be strengthened with that Boron! Are you guys using borosilicate glass for the custom gong or would regular glass suffice?
Mickey, Welcome to FC!So I'm having some weird trouble with my Pro. And I'm hoping someone on here can help. My pro has somehow stopped feeding hot air up through the chamber. When I set it to my desired temp level (usually level 3), it starts the warm-up blinking and doesn't stop until it shuts down after the typical 8 minutes or so, before the light ever turns solid (at any level). What's more, the device actually gets plenty hot—seemingly up to normal levels, as much as I can tell from touch. However, the heat is for some reason not transferring up into the bullet chamber. When I take a draw after waiting several minutes, the air I pull through is still cool even though the device is hot. And I assume the device itself realizes this and is signaling as much by not allowing the light to turn solid at any point to indicate it's readiness for use.
I bought this Pro just shy of 2 months ago and it has worked perfectly until about a day ago when this issue began. I've kept it in virtually as good a condition as the day I got it. Its never fallen or suffered any other sort of trauma. I'd really like to avoid having to send it back, if I can. So if anyone out there has had this experience and/or might have ideas on how this might be fixed—please help. Thanks a bunch.

Once soaked enough (few seconds to hours), I pull the bullet out with a standard Q-tip, close the flip-lid and swab the bullet out like my ears; both inside and out. If Q-tip shows muck, inspect again, but more than likely repeat. Once Q-tip is clean, quick air dry, wipe, inspect and reload...
Enjoy!

P.S. @Philreal187 - I just received my back ordered WT too. Poor TheYoyoKid1 was hammered and very limited with what TRVB would allocate and ship to him per week. BE PATIENT ALL: first come will be first served and YoyoKid did a great job letting me know WTF was going on when asked. Anyway, my WT came w/o the PINNACLE etch as well. So you get what you get and don't throw a fit! This is the first glassware of this type I have owned, so yes I am artificially impressed... (was very pretty before use!)
Special thanks to @Mister G and others for instructions and care on the PNP WT. Even without the reference to a "C" I knew where to approx place the water line first try based on your "1cm below inner perc chamber" reference. BTW, your hot link was working fine for me before your edit...
Here is a photo of what they are shipping now...
P.S.S. Someone?? (sorry!) long ago mentioned a strange mode if they try to turn off the PNP after turning on. If not plugged in; I see it if I power the PNP on, then once battery level shows, press and hold button as if turning off. If plugged in, just press and hold button. After about 2 seconds of holding, the blue battery level will go away (lights out), release the button. My unit will then flash three times, pause slightly, flash fast five times and then turn off. If I had a guess, we discovered a secret way to tell SW code revision...

Thanks for the reply. However, my screen doesn't seem to be clogged. When I remove the cap from the device and simply draw air, I get a normal airflow. When you experienced this problem, did u have the same issues with the (constantly blinking) light indicators as well?Mickey, Welcome to FC!
I had many air path issues with my first pinnacle pong, because of the screen. It is just too small of mesh and gets clogged very easily. I usually had to clean it with everclear once a week.
That's the air path issues I have had.
They sent me a new clear pong which has a different size mesh screen and it hasn't clogged yet.
They actually sent me two water tools, one unmarked naked glass tube, which worked OK. But then after receiving the actual pinnacle water tool I can say it is much better. The water diffusion actually works and it will even hold a small amount water in the top diffusion area. You can fill it much more easily and it will keep the water even if you topple it. My pinnacle water tool looks identical to barnboy's, but it has the logo across it.
Wow! That looks scary. I wonder if your unit is running too hot? I think your pong and your unit needs to be sent back. They should send you a new unit, IMO. The unit needs to be checked over to see if its calibrated too hot.
This is a brand new replacement PnP that has been used regularly for 3-4 days.
My question directly to TRVB: WTF is this shit??
If you look at this picture you can clearly see that your PonG is NOT safe to use. This really confuses me..how could a company put something like this out?
For the record, this PonG hasn't been touched with ISO, it hasn't even been cleaned yet!!
Bottom part of PonG literally melted into the PnP during use on temp 3-4.
Everyone who bought a PnP should be allowed the option of getting a free GonG attachment and paying for shipping and handling. I am completely baffled by this lol..unbelievable.
Wow. Thats... wow.
Jesus Christ. That is far worse melting than mine.
Seriously though, TRVB ignored my picture of the melting/chipping on my PES PonG. I am thinking of selling my PNP (with custom GonG) as a result. There is no word on when the GonG's are coming out and they gave me no ETA when I asked by email because it is in testing. I am sadly not expecting much help from them, I have owned my PNP for a month in total, and I have been sadly let down, by one flaw of the product and lack of service.
It is such a shame, when we have other vendors here that will give us lifetime warranties just for being members of this forum but we get ignored when we come to this particular vendor with a genuine problem.
I was thinking the same thing last night. Just put a little water in it and it does work well
Or he could just trade with meWow! That looks scary. I wonder if your unit is running too hot? I think your pong and your unit needs to be sent back. They should send you a new unit, IMO. The unit needs to be checked over to see if its calibrated too hot.
