Most new owners identify the loose fit of the mouthpiece as a concern. I felt the same way when I got mine. In time this becomes much less of a concern - users who have had their unit a while don't seem to raise this issue much. I know it is no longer a great concern to me.

So my own update. I just got the new replacement gong and I am scared to use it because of the crack in the circle at the top of the unit. When I pit the gong in place the crack gets wider and the whole deal feels loose. I'm not sure what to do at this point because the water tool really makes a big difference but I don't want to totally break the damn thing.

I love your solution just dont have tools or anything and the first time i googled glass spacer i got rhinestones and gave up. Would love to be able to do myself but would need in depth instuctions and links to purchase what I need. Really just easier to wait for trvb for both of us LOLOLOL.

...and if you cut up some Odor-Eater inserts, PSP cases are pretty close to smell proof. And nobody who sees it sitting out, knows what it is.

pretty much 90% loose, but the bullet is a pretty impressive for air flow. I might try packing one tight. Just try and keep the herb off the screen.

I've tried 30 50 75 and full. All does the trick. Though I dont bother keeping the stuff off the screen...
If things ever turned sour for me, I plan to move to Cuba and roll cigars or advertise myself to famous rappers as a personal blunt roller, I can cut a swisher and make it look like it did before I took the tobacco out.
Not to brag, but my blunts are so good the cops mistaked it for a real cigar when my car was being searched......... For smelling like skunk!!!

My plan was to cut big fan leaves before they shrink up, and cure them for when the harvest comes, then stick all the ground stuffs with resin/fingerhash into logs around stem skewers- and finally wrap the fan leaves and throw them in a humidor

Sucks quite bad I'm on my second pong now and its actually cracked already I only use up to setting 3 and my PNP has never been dropped. Looks to have melted I got mine from vapefiend and has been my daily since christmas

No doubt the PNP hits much harder with the glass MP gong.
So much so that the clouds come up very thick and milky even at 1!
At heat setting 2, it hits very very hard.
The air tight seal that is created by the O-ring allows the user to pack more into the bullet too, which in turn gives off much more thicker clouds.
TRVB, you're gonna have to post a pic of one of your blunts.
I'm glad to hear that you keep it OG with the Swishers.
The initial sweetness of the Swisher Sweet is so nice.... such fond memories.
White Owls, Century Sams and Swisher Sweets were a big part of my sessions growing up.

I mean during use following the warm-up period, it only stays on for about 15-20. Everything is fine up to that point it just won't stay on long enough to get substantial use

If you can't get enough vapor in 15-20 minutes you're doing it wrong. Also what I said about the 8 minute shut off still applies.

This. If it is turning off after 8 minutes it is working correctly. If you want to smoke for 20 minutes do a round, let it cool, and do another round.

This past weekend I had a problem with my PnP, It no longer heats up properly. I called the (818) number but got no response, it was already too late on the East coast, so I sent an E-mail to thevaporblunt@gmail.com and got a response that night.

That's exactly where both my units have the crack or slit. It will work fine with the mouthpiece or new gong/pong. The Pnp works fine with the flaw. You shouldn't have any troubles, except it might be a bit loose. I use the WT with mine, a bit wobbly is all, I have to keep a good hold on it though. Too bad that it has that problem.

Used to make MJ cigars in a similar fashion in 70's & 80's. MJ as filler, wrap of fan leaves. What a treat. Knew couple of very "high up" congressmen back then whom coveted them dearly.
Man, just brought back some really fine memories there. Thank you.
