Another question, does pax really need lube?
Depends who you ask. I don't think it does.
I have owned 2 Pax for 2 years and I have never used lube of any kind. Both work flawlessly.
In between regular cleanings of the Pax, if the mouthpiece gets sticky or the temp light issue happens, I clean the mouthpiece by stuffing a qtip doused in iso into the metal tube (after taking some of the cotton off). Then I stuff a dry qtip in.
In my experience a clean mouthpiece does not need lube. Others have had great luck using the lube though.
