Discontinued Omicron Vaporizer for oils

So I've just recently started using my omicron again.
After spending quite some time without oils, I'd kinda forgotten how much I like it.
So I got a KISS cart, and have been using it with my swagger puck hydratube - the kiss cart seems to fit very nicely into a 18-14 reducer adapter.
Unfortunately, I managed to break the ceramic wick in my kiss cart - is there any way I can replace it or should I basically just junk the cart and use my 2nd one?
Also, I'm a bit unclear with the kiss cart - should I just hit it till I no longer get vapor, then re-load?
Or is there a point where I should re load earlier than that?
I've noticed that I can load oil directly on to the coil, but after a hit or 2 the leftover oil pools in the bottom of the cart. Should I be moving this oil back to directly on the coil, or so long as it's in the chamber is it ok?
I also got a KISS globe - very impressed with it so far, I love that it came with a spare heater, it's almost like its 2 carts in one.
I've been using a different oil with each heater
It also seems to mate up nicely with a 14mm gong (though not as snugly as the standard KISS cart, it gets the job done perfectly).
Now I'm looking for an adapter to use my kiss carts with my normal bongs.
I'm thinking something that is essentially U shaped, with a 18mm male fitting on one end and a 14mm female on the other.
Anyone know of any adapters like that, or am I gonna have to get something custom made?
Right now I'm using my cloud buddy, with a 18male-18male adapter in one joint, a 18male-14female reducer in the other, and I'm manually plugging up the male joint with my finger.

If the wick in the KISS cart is broken but the wire is still intact, you can still use it. They can be rebuilt using supplies from an Ecig store. Check my sig for a link to the page with my rebuild instructions. I know you are in AU so the same source for supplies for me might not be appropriate for you. I get them from KidneyPuncher.com. As for an adaptor for KISS cart I use these with some tubing. From oregonglassblower on ioffer he makes them custom to order (10 % FC discount). A bit of miscommunication. I didn't realize UP Tech was putting the volts on the nichrome KISS carts. I hadn't looked at the wraps and assumed they were Ti due to the 3.7v printed on the cart. I have updated the site and removed Ti from the description.

I d0 like them, quite a bit! Due to logistics I only brought flower on my trip back home to Hawaii, but Ive been using that globe a decent amount lately (damn that glass sure does get dirty fast) and I love the new wicks. Also seemed to have solved my issue with the initial heater. After taking it out, cleaning it then tightening it down again back into its base, it seems to work okay without the light dimming on the power button.
Just throwing that out there in case someone else has this issue.

Just to clarify. All of the UP Tech vapes on VW have Ti carts except for the Minicron and Minicron Lites. And that may change very soon.

I used to use the omicron until I graduated and started getting drug tested but I still had a lot of c02 oil I bought off silk road back in the day. My dad has medical problems and can't stop drinking and I want to help him by vaping this hash oil. but I haven't gotten it to work, I also lost the bottom screw thing that keeps the battery in place but it seems like it should work by having the positive side toward atomizer thing.
So my question is did I waste my money by buying this battery? or am i I doing something wrong? is there a couple of cheap things I can buy at a local vape shop to get it to work?
