This sounds interesting, but I am a bit confused, it seems they started to develop this model before beginning work on the Angus enhanced, am I correct? Why the two models?

I'd like to see it have changable side panels, like the orion 2 vape mod:
That would be nice.

They had it in mind, but the develop process had to be stopped since they needed to focus on the Angus enhanced lasts steps and distribution. They also had to stop the desktop one to remake it totally

Could be incorrect here, but my impression was that the Aerolite would be using a different heating technology than a halogen bulb. Probably a inert medal coil of some variety much like other pure convection vapes with purity of air path as a priority.

The advantage of the Aerolite over the Angus series is faster heat ups and on demand/session convection vapor that won't keep cooking your weed ( conduction ) between draws. The challenge for YLL will be to keep the flavor on par with the Angus. If successful, the Aerolite should be a worthy challenger to the status quo especially if it can be delivered at a attractive price.
.
I am trying so hard to wait it out for the Aerolit as a companion to my AE as something more portable. I must refresh this thread twice a day at this point! Lol.
.
Keeping my expectations in check and thinking a early spring release is reasonable. Hoping for an earlier surprise though!:)

I'm very excited to see how the Aerolite will perform in the market. What will be its USP?
.
This vape has been in development for several years and side lined as other projects like the Angus Enhanced and
BFG Flare IH took priority. Expecting a well thought out and refined offering of a powerful portable convection vape.

IMO YLL's vapes are always good value especially when considered a case and a number of desired accessories are always included. No reason to expect that the Aerolite will be any different. 'Hoping' the last details are being ironed out now and the first test units will be available early in the new year. Very time and resource intensive process to bring a quality vape to the market.
