Hey guys. I'm looking for mobius ion matrix perc and their website is not up and running to show local dealers. I have been on the ALT and kulture site and they don't have any.

Looking for any recommendations of shops that carry it. I've called major head shops in Canada and no one seems to carry it. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

i am fairly certain that cloud 9 in san luis obispo has them. i was there this past weekend and i saw them then. i actually bought my new 60t stemless stereo matrix from them. good shop and worth supporting, not to mention them carrying their selection of mobius and other fine glass.

Yeah I use different teas sometimes in the water when vaping. Give it a try it makes it really smooth and gives it better taste if you happen to have a strain that may not give the best flavor when vaped.

There are a few pieces that I like the looks of, but once I see a video of how the perc fires I second guess myself. I like a perc that purrs, not so much one that chuggs, and my Matrix has me spoiled.

The matrix is by far the smoothest piece I have ever tried. The perc almost creates a positive pressure so there is literally no drag. with the herborizer its perfect. the only thing I wish mobius did is make a splash guard into the mouth piece. It bubbles so much that sometimes it bubbles up through the mouth piece

LOL Its too late, he said its locked in a vault in area 51. I ordered mine from kultureva and now see they dont even sell them anymore. Does that mean the only place left is ALT? I dont even know if I would cop from them with there issues. Did that ever get resolved?

The less-than-spectacular-quality glass that was being sold? Yeah, I think so. I called mobius out on their instagram and they posted pics of "quality control" that being a bunch of broken "didn't pass QC" glass in a bin a few days later.

of course, that picture was after I asked them what was up.

Last month I purchased a Mobius Clear Bubbler with Reti Perc from ALT. Was anxious given the QC concerns expressed here and elsewhere about ALT's Mobius glass. But as far as I can tell, my Reti bub is flawless. Will clean it up and take some pics here after I finish my current sesh so you guys can perform your own inspection...

Well damn it! I think that kultuerva just shows what they have in stock I could be wrong on this so correct me if I am. I have over heard a couple of times that alt's stock has had issues but never knew that they where.

I ordered my 60t from ALT and it was pretty much flawless......nothings perfect tho. And my Ion-Reti from KULT, it actually had a lil like white burn spec "the size of a lil dab" on top of the joint, once you put the slide in, it kinda hides it. Nothin really noticeable to want an exchange.

That was 2 days ago? Sorry, guys....here's my Mobius Clear Bubbler with Reti Perc from ALT:

On closer inspection, I found a flaw with one of the slits on the outside perc; the slit seems to have chipped a bit when it was cut into the glass. You can see it in the last pic posted:

For anybody wondering, I jus measured the base of my Ion-Reti and 60t.....and well sure enough the Ion has a wider base lol Woulda never thought that. I forgot the exact length of the two but Ion base was jus a tad wider in circumference.

Also ive been wanting to get a Alex K downstem for my Ion reti. Its on its way now, wanted to pull the trigger during the 15% off sale. Hope the measurement of 3.75inches was right? Can anybody w an Ion-reti verify? Duno if some vary in size tho, id imagine some difference.

I dont like ash catchers or carbon filters, and I wanted a different hit on occasion.

I've seen pics of someone doing that, an Alex K inside a Reti.
It technically makes it a perc-within-a-perc-within-a-perc.

But even more technically it dry fires so not exactly the perc cubed scenario.

I've asked a couple of peeps who use the same sorta setup, an the only real functional difference I could figure out was that it effectively reduces the volume of the downstem a bit.

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with using a downstem in an ion, just that I personally wouldn't be expecting the downstem to be doing anything other than act as a reducer adapter.
