I spoke to Dan ( a great guy!) at Vaporfection this morning. He said they are still waiting on the units to arrive. So looks like its gonna be another week at least... patiences is a virtue

I know dan said vapornation was their main distributer. Not sure about vape life.
It will work properly and you wont have to send it back na, the top hinge should be tighter and not flimsy plus the battery door should be flush so it can stand upright without wigglingSo how will I be able to tell for sure if it's the updated unit?

Me too! I am confused too. I agree vaporfection should be sending units out to those who have purchased non working units and now are without first... priority first. I also purchased mine through vapernation. Its Dan on this site as a rep for vaperfection? Maybe he could clear this up for us.
I am not confused any more, from my understanding vapornation has exclusive rights to the Mivape, and any retailer that has gotten stock from them will most likely get the shipments first. I think what has happened may be a logistic error or shipping delays to retailers, everyone should get their mivape within the next week I would imagine.
I will be getting my unit in tomorrow, I can do an uboxing video. (that way if I get an old unit you can all laugh and point fingers!)
I would love to see some photos....of the lid and hinge, the battery door and anything else that seems different. I really hope they solved all the problems because I really like this vape but it definitely needed some adjustments
I really wish the people who are waiting for their replacements could get an update because it sounds like vapornation has the new ones in stock and yet we are still waiting even though I purchased my miVape through vapornation........
I would be interested in the pics to Arch. I am hoping for a more solid case, in addition to a few other improvements... like not over heating. Just Justin, I purchased mine from vapornation also. I hope we will being seeing something next week. While we are waiting... does anyone have any experience with or opinion about the "crafty" vaporizer?
