I finally gave up on this vape and contacted the company for a refund. They are telling me to do a chargeback on my card. We know the refund has to come from vaporfection. Quite a circus they are running, huh? The emails I am getting are signed by Dan Wynick. Director of marketing and customer relations. Sounds like he is still full of shit.
I dont think the refund necessarily has to come from vaporfection. I think the people needing to get the refund directly from vaporfection used debit cards, which is why they had issues. I could be wrong though...Also, im pretty sure it is their policy that after a certain period of time you need to get the refund from the credit card company. Dan is only doing his job. He has always been helpful and honest with me Im sure it is a misunderstanding. I would try and do the chargeback with your credit card and if it doesnt work, contact Dan and im sure he will be more than willing to take care of you (unless he happens to still browse here and see you called him full of shit lol)

Read this thread and tell me nobody has a problem with Dan. The only reason I mentioned his name is because other members have mentioned that he has been less than honest with them.
After a few more emails from me encouraging Dan to do his job, vaporfection is sending me a check.

Dan had his e-mail address "hacked" by other Vaporfection's employee who replied his e-mails with the recipient thinking it was sent by him if it's what you want to refer to. Situation is back to normal with Dan.
I think they were ex-employees but same thing...

Nice idea, but I think the ascent offers very similar and there are actual models floating around with people who have actually used them.

Yeah I replied to one of Dans emails asking if there was any new info about the mivape or If it was still a possibility of a summer release like the website says. I havent gotten a response back so I guess thats not a good sign.
If it ever comes out and works as well as my vivape ill probably still buy it though
2 full years and not even an update? Its been a whole year since they teased us with that prototype!!! Ughso much for shipping in Summer

Most people that preordered were able to get their money back. Its jut such a shame cause this looked to be a game changer and its just been one fail after another since the announcement 2 years ago...still love my vivape though

So while i was browsing my portfolio of "green" stocks looking for some bargains to buy, I came across the Medbox stock (Vaporfections Parent Company?). I think that the Medbox product looks pretty interesting. An ATM for dispensing your meds.... this could be huge if legalization takes off which I think that the momentum cant be stopped. The industry is only in its infancy and they are already trying to automate the process. Anyway I picked up 200 shares this morning at 11 a share and its already up 20 % to 14. Nice 1 day bump!
I am also beginning to think that the MiVape might actually be coming to market.... We shall see.
