Okay. Thank you for the heads up. I'd like to let you know that I must have been misinformed with my bank, and I'm sorry if I caused any trouble. The CS rep I spoke to told me that they weren't able to do anything until a hold had been released on your end, but I believe you that she was wrong and I'll call back as soon as I can. Thank you for the help.
the hold is done by the banks, we cant do anything about that, that is why it takes 7-10 business days to get the holds off on some banks.
Believe me when i say this the CS agents at banks dont care to help in these situations and want to pass the buck, but i can assure you, an authorization is only an authorization and once that is lifted by the banks the funds will remain in your account. They should have told you that it is an authorization only and no funds have been deducted.
Once again i do apologize, but waiting game it is as of now and you should be happy by end of week when all of this is cleared up,
