I TRY TO ORDER 2 CARTRIDGES WEIGHING NEXT TO NOTHING. SHIPPING SHOULD BE 3 DOLLARS TOPS. INSTEAD ITS $7.15 PLUS $3 FOR HANDLING?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I ACTUALLY SEEN A HANDLING CHARGE. WHAT ARE YOU AN INFOMERCIAL?? HANDLING??? SERIOUSLY? WAY TO NICKEL AND DIME YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
SO $10 TO SHIP A TINY 1 OUNCE PACKAGE. AND YOU CAN ONLY SHIP TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS? WHAT AN ANTIQUATED CONCEPT. SHOW ME ONE LEGITIMATE SITE THAT STILL DOES THAT. OR ONE THAT CHARGES FOR 'HANDLING.' RIDICULOUS.
Hey G, why don't you guys have a USPS shipping option to Canada? You only offer UPS and FEDEX. UPS is the worst off all shipping companies imo. They are super hard to deal with if you miss the package in my city and I always get surprised with very high brokerage fees exc. when I wouldnt have with other shipping companies. Fedex is a bit better but still a pain. If you included a USPS shipping option, it would just transfer to our mail system(Canada Post) at the border and offer the least hassles, lowest fees, and best pickup options. Your Canadian customers, including myself, would really appreciate if you could look into this G. Thanks and keep up the good work man

Suggesting a way to lower shipping prices and hassles for Canadian customers which should bring in more customers, sales, and help his business is not being rude man. Especially when done in a polite and constructive way. How can a company know what its target customers want if we don't make suggestions and constructively criticize? Plus, sometimes others have ideas that you may not have thought of and that may even be better then yours due to having different perspectives, being in different locations, different experience, exc(it has happened to me more then once in life). In my experience, people in business and life in general are more successful when they are open minded and accept criticism. Anyway, lets get back to the topic at hand.
