Lets break it down.

Shipping USPS priority with signature required. We dont make up the charges they do.

Handling covers the package, peanuts, and on top of that the signature required. Just to make sure people stopped with the "I didnt receive it" line. Also helps with chargebacks.

Second shipping and billing address has to be the same just when someones mommy finds out their son ordered a device he or she shouldnt have, when they complain we can say here "Billed and shipped to same address" Signed by so and so. It might look like we are taking advantage of people but we are not.

This helps us save on costs and lowering prices.

Hey G, why don't you guys have a USPS shipping option to Canada? You only offer UPS and FEDEX. UPS is the worst off all shipping companies imo. They are super hard to deal with if you miss the package in my city and I always get surprised with very high brokerage fees exc. when I wouldnt have with other shipping companies. Fedex is a bit better but still a pain. If you included a USPS shipping option, it would just transfer to our mail system(Canada Post) at the border and offer the least hassles, lowest fees, and best pickup options. Your Canadian customers, including myself, would really appreciate if you could look into this G. Thanks and keep up the good work man:tup:

Hey G, why don't you guys have a USPS shipping option to Canada? You only offer UPS and FEDEX. UPS is the worst off all shipping companies imo. They are super hard to deal with if you miss the package in my city and I always get surprised with very high brokerage fees exc. when I wouldnt have with other shipping companies. Fedex is a bit better but still a pain. If you included a USPS shipping option, it would just transfer to our mail system(Canada Post) at the border and offer the least hassles, lowest fees, and best pickup options. Talking down to @THC SCIENTIFIC and telling him how to run his business is being rude to him. Posting in all caps is being rude to all of us. We have a Be Nice rule:

Your post is in violation; however, I can see that you're upset. It's never a good idea to post while you're still mad. I won't give you a warning point, but please take some time to review all of the rules so that you don't break any more of them.

Ill try to look into it later this week.

Everything @Tachead said is right. I encourage you to use USPS to ship into Canada.

First, I didn't tell him how to run his business, I encouraged him to use a better shipping method. I was polite. You, on the other hand, definitely were not. For one thing, your post is entirely in capitals. That's considered shouting in a post, which is rude. For another, your choice of words was disrespectful several times over:

Handling charges are antiquated. As is the shipping/ billing address rule. Period.

I was being sarcastic dude. Criticizing questionable customer service is perfectly fine..and probably appreciated by business owners. But according to some it's telling people how to run their business and therefore rude.

If a business owner has such thin skin that they have a problem with someone saying 'are you kidding me?' they probably shouldn't be a business owner. To his credit the actual business owner had no problem with it.. it was the white knight over there.

I think @DieHard has a video of rebuilding it, we would like to put up a video but at this time none of our CS team is trained in rebuilding kits and doing so would open the doors that we are capable of handling atm.
