Mail Order CBD

Disclaimer : this is about a euro shop.

I've said earlier here or in the hemp flower thread that I struggled finding good CBD at local shops nearby.
I've tried the supposed best indoor hydroponics from Switzerland and glasshouse hydro from Italy and honestly I've always been a little disappointed. Flowers were really nice and resinous but the taste always like... a bit too light for me. Always good and close enough to the strain but with a lack of intensity.

So I've tried mail order and ordered from a grower and breeder called Izno. He's doing biodynamic farming so quite the opposite to the strains I've been using before. And his flowers really blew my mind. Curing is excellent also.

I'm currently vaping Purple Shao, blue Shao and Sour Bluberry Kush in the Ti. All three strains are delivering surprisingly intense and acute tastes. Very true to the nose but more open and heavy. The blue Shao is probably the most surprising to me. Very heady.
Despite their low CBD rate ( < 7 % CBD + CBDA according to the analytic paper) the three strains are relatively potent knowing it's CBD.
All three flowers produce a lot of vapor.

Highly recommended !

Now that I'm looking at the growers who grow his genetics amongst other ones with similar alternatives farming methods, there's no way back to the Swiss and Italian hydro.

I just finished 3 Type 3 samplers (5 each of sativa, indica, hybrid) from Holy City Farms. My favs were Moonlight Sour, Panther Kush and Abba Dabba. I recently picked up some Hoku Type 3 CBG dominant, which is next up.

I'd love to hear from others on your favorite Type 2 & 3 strains. I prefer Type 2s that are <= 5% and dislike anything with grassy tastes.

I live in a state where tax revenue from cannabis has significantly declined in recent years. I would not be surprised if the affected states will pressure congress to close the loophole, but I hope I'm wrong because there is not enough market here for Type 2 & 3 strains.

I mostly just vape Type 3 these days. Sometimes I will mix Type 1 with Type 3. I really enjoy Strawberry Abacus, Citrus Mistress, Blueberry and Lifter 59 from Holy City Farms. I also enjoy Sour lifter from Horn Creek Hemp.

I recently checked out Elk Butter from High Alpine Genetics as well as two strains from Lost Oak Farms (Critical berries and Kush loops). Critical berries stands out a lot for me.

I received Oz Bx from Hoku and will check it out this weekend. Heard good things about Hoku Seed.

I got a mystery oz from strain station for £28 and the buds are massive and really dark. Not tried any yet but will be when i get the volcano a new bag.

Not a Vapman “beta tester”
I second the Lost Oak recommendations; I’m very fond of Critical Berries and Kush Loops. I’ve also been very pleased with Mangolomania from Cowden Hemp company, I just grabbed an ounce and a half. Stinky, dense, great flavor. Type 3.

@Rodney - yes, you're right. There is also Type IV which is high in CBG.

Here is a short explanation from Hoku Seed.
And then there are also varins! I'm not sure where they fit in the TypeI-IV classifications.

Speaking of, Tropicolada 4V from HempHop (genetics from GTR/OregonCBD) has been my go-to type2 for almost this entire year. It's a good mix of THC, THCV, CBD, and CBDV. Hemp Hop has this available in flower form as well as dry sift.

I HOPE they continue to grow this for a long time.
