I saw a couple of videos on YouTube, it looks interesting, Looks like it’ll be a very complicated device with the potential of a lot of problems in my opinion. Good luck to them though, hope it is a winner.

This is the shadiest warranty statement:
"Liftoff Vape Inc. warrants that our products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser and with proof of purchase via receipt. That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like car tires or the shoes you wear, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money.
We are reasonable people and we believe in true customer satisfaction. We will work with you for a fair resolution to any issue you may have. Fair is defined as being fair to both the customer and to Liftoff Vape Inc.. We do not charge extra for our products to our vast majority of customers so we can accommodate ridiculous warranty claims by the few. Our decision is final and will consist of either replacement of your product at no charge or charge you a prorated amount for a replacement, meaning we may extend a discount to you to purchase an exact replacement. Our goal is to keep our customers happy for a lifetime and always reach a fair resolution to any issue. Proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, rubbing alcohol, cleaning agents, acetone, bleach, misuse, abuse, incorrect use, etc.
Please note, if you purchased a Liftoff Vape product(s) from an unauthorized reseller, the unauthorized reseller may or may not honor our lifetime limited warranty. We strongly recommend purchasing from either us directly or through an authorized Liftoff Vape reseller.

For e-Juice and oils (fluid), place the juice or oil into the squonk tank.
Personally I trust a more candid and rational warranty statement that reads like a person wrote it, than message that looks like it was written by a computer with no human on the other end. It doesn't sound shady to me, it reads like most warranties end up being applied, so I appreciate the transparency.
The vape itself looks like a fucking joke though, hope this one surprises everyone.

Haha I didn't take it that way necessarily, though it would protect for that as well, but like the line about it being heavily used wear and tear not meaning warranty replacement and discount options, I don't know it sounds like someone who's at least very well versed with all the different companies and what they go through providing, or failing to, warranties for their customers is all
Respectfully disagree, I trust plain language more than legalese. To me, it reads like "Don't bother trying to defraud us with bullshit claims, we know how this warranty stuff goes most of the time, while we want a fair resolution for all, we won't be taken advantage of."
As explained in the policy, this means that honorable customers don't end up funding the replacement device another user gets because he's bored of his old worn one and punched a hole in the screen (see MFLB).
