Just tried my new LSV last night. Holy crap, you folks weren't kidding - this thing blows the solo away. I have never experienced such smoothness. I also don't think I have ever felt such intense results, at least not in 10 years. After 3 hits out of a modest WPA pack I slept a solid 10 hrs and am still feeling some lingering effects.

I love my SOLO'S!
The LSV I find to be a bit MILKIER!
I use a smaller bubbler for the SOLO than say for a LSV!
WTF this thing should be called the "DEVASTATOR"!
I was going to get a EVO however I can barely handle the LSV!
To be put into a deep sleep in the afternoon is just irresponsible.
Before bed with this medical device! (HEAVY HITTER)

True, no disrespect to the solo. I have been a solo advocate for years. But specifically when vapor bonging, no restricted draw with the LSV makes a huge difference. I'm sure having more power available doesn't hurt either

I'm going to have to disagree. While it's true the LSV is not portable, it wasn't meant to be. But in sheer medicating ability, ability to milk a bong and overall big hitting mfer. The LSV blows the Solo away.

I am a big SOLO user and will always use one.
However the LSV is way more powerful no doubt.
When I have stuff to do the SOLO is a good all around neutral vaporizer.
Projects caught up = Break out the CANON!
The LSV is a very powerful device.
The SOLO has it's usefulness just not as powerful as the LSV!

So I traded my recycler for this sweet Sheldon Black Bent Neck about a week ago. It has a showerhead diffuser and I LOVE IT! There's very little draw and the LSV just milks it up

Hey guys, finally got my LSV back today after almost 2 months. After first use I noticed it still has the same problem of being really hot after left on for 10-15min, initially I wasn't getting much clouds using my WPA - the new heater cover they sent me doesn't quite fit as snug into the WPA as my old HC, however it has a lot more space to accommodate an 18mm male to male which I've been using with an EQ screen in it. When I tried using this adapter through a water pipe, I immediately combusted. This was with the dial at 12 o'clock and being left on for about 10 minutes. It could be because the herb is a lot closer to the element using this adapter, but I still think my LSV is running way too hot, it's a shame they probably didn't even test the temperature range, just re-did the wiring, turned it on and if it glows = tick box..
I've seen pictures of other LSV's that are at low settings and the glow is very dim while mine seems to be the same brightness you'd expect from max temp.
Kinda annoyed, was expecting a 100% working unit after sitting in their shop for 2 months. Any ideas on what I should do? Sending it back is out of the question as I'd be paying ~$90 in shipping + another 2 months without a vape, no thankyou. Think I should just try and adjust the element? Don't see how that would lower the temperature but I'm out of ideas.

We all have different needs some recreational and some are medical.
To be judged for our needs is kind of harsh?
At the same time it's pretty cool that Iwein can do so little and have the same Nirvana as some of us who need much more! Last week I tried to cut back to consume what Iwien does and for me it made me worse. Iwien is so lucky it takes so little to medicate!

I have to agree with you @ataxian!
We all have different needs both personal and medical.
I do not understand how someone else can judge your use if it is what works for you and allows you to function as a useful member of your family or society, especially if they do not know all the circumstances.
My method is to medicate till the pain goes away but still be able to be a functioning part of the family.

I have access to ONLY the best meds. All are top shelf, and the waxes and concentrates I use are the same.
With the ingestion of Medibles, and the use intermittently of wax, putty, bubble hash and other concentrates...
I still manage to use between 1 and 3 grams of meds a day.
I am not wasteful either.. all meds consumed till ABV speaks for itself in darkness.
What I am saying is that there is no need to feel like a "pig"

Iwein has made comments on other treads that he uses .05 daily to medicate.
Being new to using cannabis as a medicine I find his small dose impossible for me to receive any benefit!
Some days I might do 2 whole grams and feel fine.
I guess we are all different.
Maybe it was the paranoia vibe @Lwein made me feel?

Just got my LSV last night. I love this thing. I am shocked how much I like this thing. Its so simple to use and it works like a charm. I have used the wand and it packs a huge punch!! wow I was not expecting that.. lol My first hit was so wispy.. then my 2nd hit was all milk.. hahaha I didn't even see it coming. I need to head to a shop to pick up some adapters so I can use it with my bubbler...
