I believe the demos that I saw earlier, in order to use hash, you needed to remove the glass and use the ceramic heater itself.

So far on my 4 minute adventure to that site I saw them talking about durable portables and not suggesting the MFLB. Then they were talking about vaping MOIST/FRESH buds!!!! Then they recommended a vapir product!!!!! I knew that FC will be my only vaporization forum from now on.
Removing the cover is only if you want to use the LSV as a flameless lighter similar to a phedor.stonemonkey55 said:I believe the demos that I saw earlier, in order to use hash, you needed to remove the glass and use the ceramic heater itself.

Bu really the reviews on this seem pretty impressive and I have to admit that I was surprised by that.

There is a screen in the heater cover and a screen on whatever attached. This allows you to use it at any angle without worring about anything touching the element.lwien said:Have you tried hitting it straight from the tube sans the bong and if so, how was it, and do you need to hold the tube up at an angle to keep the bud from going back into the heater?

My friend has one, and his LSV came with the water-pipe adapter (the actual one from the site), and its SUPER easy to use, way better than this method. I just got my LSV from VapeWorld, and apparently they don't give you the actual adapter, they give you a VaporBrothers hose adapter :/
Once I get the actual adapter (another $30) I will post some better vids with better lighting, quality. I just felt like doing it out of the blue

Another option is the use a ground glass whip form the SSV or DBV and hook that up to the LSV. Then you can use a ground glass water adapter from 7th Floor to hook it up to your water pipe.
There are a lot of possibilities... But I just use the water pipe adapter that came with the LSV. I know, I know, the plant material is so far from the heating element, but it's never given me any problems.
