So guys, umm I was making a custom Big Mona when we had a mix up and two people working on similar pieces. If anyone wants a one of a kind Orange, Lattice Bubbler like Way2's message me. Was going to keep it but I think I have enough glass. I will change only 325 for this piece since nobody actaully requested it. Oh n hope everyone has a good labor day weekend.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, just wondering what the typical order processing time is? The time between paying for your piece and to when it gets shipped out. I'm probably going to be ordering either a Typhon Alpha or Hyda Bent in the next couple days but am also in need of a piece ASAP. Are the long waits people on here have been talking about for custom orders or just for ordering the production pieces?

Depends on season and packaging. Sometimes we can ship in under a week but when we have allot of larger orders it can take up to a month +. If your getting a typon straight tube I can have that shipped this upcoming Friday. I don't have any hydras on the shelf. So it would need production time as well. If you are in the state's shipping is 3 to 5 days to receive.
