Inspired by the awesomeness of this set, I just pulled the trigger on my own Kraken Honeybucket and cap set! My first JoDa piece! So excited that I'm beside myself... I'll of course take lots of pictures and share the glory with all of you when it's all done in a month or so.

@VaPeD&CoNfUsEd Thank you! Can't wait to be showing off my custom early JoDa work in a coupla years when you're hugely famous!

I asked JoDa to make me a carbed gong in alien tech, but to match the honeycomb pattern from my EFS piece. I couldn't be more satisfied with his work, and I'll be making another order soon!

Still here. Just sittin on a few ideas until I finalize this design in my head. New torch will be here on Friday! Freakin pumped!

I believe I have an all glass oil attachment for the nano worked up but can't be sure yet so no promises. I'm pretty sure it's gonna work though. I'm still toiling away at what I can.

There was a shipping problem with my torch so I actually have ended up torchless (except for my mini torch) for 5 days once this is said and done. Plus my new (Michigan made) Quartz swings showed up. I open them up...... No slits on the back side of the bucket.... Scratching my head. So I contact the Quartz guy, I explain that I'm fairly positive that those slits are an intrigal part of the design. Shipped them back off to be provisioned. He's fast though, I'll have them back on Monday. They are thick and strong swings though I'll tell you that. Definitely quality work, just the one lil speed bump.

Beyond that I wired a new stand alone 240 outlet in the shop for a new heater I bought the other day (my torpedo heater gets expensive and the fumes kill my eyes even with my ventilation running) and it's not quite the workhorse I had hoped for. Plus we are experiencing crazy cold Michigan weather right now. With my kiln running and a torch going and my 110 heater, my 240 heater and my torpedo heater running I was still only able to get the shop to hold a steady 45 degrees! Lol my ventilation just empties the heat. So it's been kind of a bitch. I'm looking forward to regular old freezing weather again.

Anyways there's a peek at what's going on around here. Trying to catch up and do a little innovating at the same time. Got some new tools and colors to play with as well, so that's always fun. I'll keep you guys updated.

Same here I know nothing about torches or glass blowing, but that shit looks mean :rockon::tup:

Can't wait to see the progress from here on out with the new torch.

Joda, if you were able to get where you are now with the torch you had in such a short period of time I'm fucking stoked to see what you do this year!

I bet we will be able to start ordering custom rigs soon enough :bowdown:

Now is it time to start saving up for a bigger kiln or a lathe?
