This guy was the President of these United States like 23 months ago. Now he's doing crypto scams. Amazing.

Personally... I think that card/NFT kind've slaps. But... I believe America is a fucking joke and a Mickey Mouse ass country (except on the 4th of July/when a British monarch dies/England is eliminated from the World Cup). So I'm allowed to like it. If you're someone who gets weepy when you hear Lee Greenwood's "God Bless The USA", you should find this shit deeply upsetting and offensive.

Important to note: two of the journalists banned did NOT share a link the the ElonJet account. They were apparently banned for being the first to post a statement from the LAPD calling Musk's story about a "stalker", bullshit.

So they're excited wage growth is set to slow into 2023.

For renters, housing costs have skyrocketed way, way faster than wages. Sure, plenty of places in the service industry are offering $15/hour now. But costs have gotten to the point where you can't live with any sort of dignity in 90% of the country on that wage. And I kind've doubt $15/hour is common in the other 10%.

Even for homeowners... it's still getting more expensive to live. I don't know anyone who earns a salary who's feeling flush with cash right now.

Wages are not remotely keeping up with the cost of living.

Seeing this play out in public is fascinating

Very worrying. This is the behavior of a totally washed man. Trump has to roll out calling Desantis "Gay Ron" soon or his campaign is kinda fucked.

Fhz1zvjWAAIpOC6

"I call him... 'Gay Ron'...'Rhonda.....Rhonda Santis'. Folks, he's Gay! It's ok by me! Little Gay Ron. They call him 'The Gay Governor', can you believe it?? I'm not gonna say anything else...I think you know what else I could say!.... should I say it?? [crowd wildly cheering] No.... No... Melania would be... a littttttle mad at me!"

Tesla stock rises as Twitter users vote Elon Musk off the island

Elon Musk knows absolutely nothing about building rockets, electric cars, or software coding. If he has a single talent, it's stock market manipulation.

FkVzsZwX0AAxt-z

Elon Musk can still win if Mike Pence is strong and does the right thing!

I gotta say. Seeing this idiot post like the most lame, smooth brained, Facebook boomer shit and getting 300,000+ likes has been eye opening.

I no longer have to wonder what it was like for my ancestors to live in feudal Europe. Elon Musk dickriders are the guys who would turn in the other peasants for not working hard enough in the fields.

"m'Lord! The other smallfolk are withholding grain for the winter! They aren't giving his lordship his due! You are such a Good and Just Lord! Please fuck my wife, m'Lord!"

I’m hopeful it’s the dying throes of both batshit rightism and bossism. There is a large swathe of Silicon Valley that is quietly cheering their hero who is reminding the plebs that they own this world, we just get to work in it at their leisure. You will never find a more treacherous hive of scum and villainy than the joining of capital and political powers.

It gets harder every day to believe in the myth of meritocracy. And our entire system rests on that myth. That's why I'm truly thankful for people like Musk. He's doing for capitalism what the Uvalde PD has done for cops.

Musk needed tons of Saudi money to make this stupid deal go through. Very funny and cool that the guys who did 9/11 get to decide who runs "The New Public Square". I'm sure the inbred cousins who have wetworks squads chop up foreign journo's they hate will be great custodians of FREEE SPEEEECH.

I wonder who the Saudi's want in charge? Maybe this product of our totally meritocratic economic system:

We know they love the boy!

We love our "AMERICA FIRST" agenda, don't we folks?

It’s sad how distorted our discourse has become. I am a lifelong Republican, and a self described market socialist. Benjamin Tucker clarified in 1884, but nearly 140 years later we are still misusing language for fear and control. The below is shared under Creative Commons.

soCialisM: WHat it is
BENJAMIN R. TuCKER (1884)
do you like the word socialism?” said a lady to Me the other day; “i fear i do not; somehow I shrink when I hear it. It is associated with so much that is bad! Ought we to keep it?”
The lady who asked this question is an earnest Anarchist, a firm friend of Liberty, and – it is almost superfluous to add – highly intelligent. Her words voice the feeling of many. But after all it is only a feeling, and will not stand the test of thought. “Yes,” I answered, “it is a glorious word, much abused, violently distorted, stupidly misunderstood, but expressing better than any other the purpose of political and economic progress, the aim of the Revolution in this century, the recognition of the great truth that Lib- erty and Equality, through the law of Solidarity, will cause the welfare of each to contribute to the welfare of all. So good a word cannot be spared, must not be sacrificed, shall not be stolen.”
How can it be saved? Only by lifting it out of the confusion which obscures it, so that all may see it clearly and definitely, and what it fundamentally means. Some writers make Socialism inclusive of all efforts to ameliorate social condi- tions. Proudhon is reputed to have said something of the kind. However that may be, the definition seems to broad. Etymologically it is not unwarrantable, but derivatively the word has a more technical and definite meaning.
Today (pardon the paradox!) society is fundamentally anti-social. The whole so-called social fabric rests on privilege and power, and is disordered

146 | Benjamin r. tucker
and strained in every direction by the inequalities that necessarily result therefrom. The welfare of each, instead of contributing to that of all, as it naturally should and would, almost invariably detracts from that of all. Wealth is made by legal privilege a hook with which to filch from labor’s pockets. Every man who gets rich thereby makes his neighbor poor. The better off one is, the worse off the rest are. As Ruskin says, “every grain of calculated Increment to the rich is balanced by its mathematical equivalent of Decrement to the poor.” The Laborer’s Deficit is precisely equal to the Capitalist’s Efficit.
Now, Socialism wants to change all this. Socialism says that what’s one man’s meat must no longer be another’s poison; that no man shall be able to add to his riches except by labor; that in adding to his riches by labor alone no man makes another man poorer; that on the contrary every man thus adding to his riches makes every other man richer; that increase and concentration of wealth through labor tend to increase, cheapen, and vary production; that every increase of capital in the hands of the laborer tends, in the absence of legal monopoly, to put more products, better products, cheaper products, and a greater variety of products within the reach of every man who works; and that this fact means the physical, mental, and moral perfecting of mankind, and the realization of human fraternity. Is that not glorious? Shall a word that means all that be cast aside simply because some have tried to wed it with authority? By no means. The man who subscribes to that, whatever he may think himself, whatever he may call himself, however bitterly he may attack the thing which he mistakes for Socialism, is himself a Socialist; and the man who subscribes to its opposite and acts upon its opposite, however benevolent he may be, however pious he may be, whatever his station in society, whatever his standing in the Church, whatever his position in the State, is not a Socialist, but a Thief. For there are at bottom but two classes – the Socialists and the Thieves. So- cialism, practically, is war upon usury in all its forms, the great Anti-Theft Movement of the nineteenth century; and Socialists are the only people to whom the preachers of morality have no right or occasion to cite the eighth commandment, “Thou shalt not steal!” That commandment is Socialism’s flag. Only not as a commandment, but as a law of nature. Socialism does not order; it prophesies. It does not say: “Thou shalt not steal!” It says: “When all men have Liberty, thou wilt not steal.”
Why, then, does my lady questioner shrink when she hears the word So- cialism? I will tell her. Because a large number of people, who see the evils of usury and are desirous of destroying them, foolishly imagine they can do so by authority, and accordingly are trying to abolish privilege by centring all production and activity in the State to the destruction of competition and

socialism: What it is | 147
its blessings, to the degradation of the individual, and to the putrefaction of Society. They are well-meaning but misguided people, and their efforts are bound to prove abortive. Their influence is mischievous principally in this: that a large number of other people, who have not yet seen the evils of usury and do not know that Liberty will destroy them, but nevertheless earnestly believe in Liberty for Liberty’s sake, are led to mistake this effort to make the State the be-all and end-all of society for the whole of Socialism and the only Socialism, and, rightly horrified at it, to hold it up as such to the deserved scorn of mankind. But the very reasonable and just criticisms of the individualists of this stripe upon State Socialism, when analyzed, are found to be directed, not against the Socialism, but against the State. So far Liberty is with them. But Liberty insists on Socialism, nevertheless – on true Socialism, Anarchistic Socialism: the prevalence on earth of Liberty, Equality, and Solidarity. From that my lady questioner will never shrink.

Right Wing Libertarians have always basically been Feudalists when it comes down to it. They don't care about "Freedumb" or "Liberty". What they want more than anything is to kneel for a Good and Just Lord. Which in the modern age means, the richest scam artist. Libertarians are Kneelers.

Union Busting is Disgusting. Florida ranks 48 out of 50 in teacher pay, and Little Rhonda is working hard to bring us down to 50.

President Donald Trump. I am once again calling on you to end this man's entire career! I'll buy one of your fake baseball cards if it helps!

As someone who passed through right libertarianism on my journey, I would point out not all of them are feudalists. Especially in principle; there’s a fairly stark divide between the idealists and the pragmatists in libertarianism generally (see Charles Johnson’s ‘Libertarianism, through thick and thin.’)

Even the most right leaning of libertarian scholars Murray Rothbard famously opined of the lunacy at declaring titled property valid. For if that is our argument surely the Lords would simply declare their land titled and at once not be not only “just” in their property, but perversely to do so in a way that honors the ‘libertarian’ complaint.
