I agree and I'm sure vapefiend won't do that
Welcome to Inhalation Nation... I too LOVE mine.... and have had to deal with customer service as well and have found them to be very fair and honest.... but also have experienced frustration... predominantly with communications & target dates as well but these types of issues often occur with smaller start ups.Oh just got one
Must say I love it
I use pressed keif so I fill tube mostly with cotton wool small amount of keif then a final bit of cotton wool, whack up to 9 and wow massive clouds, not bad taste keeps going for ages, now what I like, and why I got, is the cap I can load up with as much as I like and just pop I'm my pocket, no fear of breaking anything, also u can heat up with lid on with no smell
Not worried about warranty as I got of vapefiend so simple return
EH - beginning to smell a bit fishy...but if its up an up and seeing is what will be believing then a possible thought might be to film the unit failure and then also be sure to show the cap off and the condition of the potentiometer just under the battery as damage here would be a drop failure... which I'm sure this is what they need to see with their own eyes... keep returning like this is beginning to look like bulling IMHO.
No no the glass is all the way down it just has a layer on the outside of it to make for a nice snug fit so it doesn't slide out during use..... The glass is definitely a smaller load...Thanks old school will try all sorts eventually
Isn't the glass one just glass with the plasticky bit on the end, is the load size smaller?
Really need to reduce load size as only use leb, pressed keif and only use a tiny bit. About 2mm in total but that gets me 2 sessions. Cotton working well can't think of anything else, ha, just thought, I have some of them g5 glass spacers , just checked they fit nicely.
Will try a few things with them.
Any tips on cleaning the plasticky bit, can't scrape off even when hot, ISO?

your TUESDAYStoned customer,
- play2GET
Last heard was 'maybe Tuesday!', but that was a number of weeks ago... News, darn it, we only wants news
Well actually there is going to be an INH06 "S" mod as well.....So what is different from the 05s?
so something like a turbo boost huh? Im sold!Well actually there is going to be an INH06 "S" mod as well.....
The primary difference is the user now has a "Turbo or Boost" button they can depress which offers more control over the production of vapor... in the way of a more precise timing method....
Some will really like the added extra control over what is happening inside and others might prefer to just use it as they always have.... which is still an option.....
The INH06 series might best be viewed as an operational improvement....IMO....
The INH06 "S" version is a future release item as they are still waiting on some dedicated electronics and maybe some beta testing before releasing.....
Good News hearing the INH06 12.5W version i is now available....... I have 2 coming following my his and hers theme....... I will likely give them away as soon as the INH06 "S" mod is released.....
I agree it does sound like it..... or perhaps better stated it is your best hope.... what happens is the contactor arm of the switch occasionally hits a dead spot.... I've had this happen a number of times after you see it a few times you will naturally begin the tapping and I also have restored operation by simply clicking on and off several times.... I'll also alternate using both techniques tapping & clicking....So my Inh05 has stopped working. It charges fine, but when I turn the dial to switch it on nothing happens. Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot/fix it as sending it back to Pharmacor will be a costly process from the UK.
You are correct again that is your next/last hope before sending back.... I have also experienced but very rarely when some sort of condition would cause the unit to ignore all attempts to turn it back on and I discovered that removing power completely from the unit {remove battery} would wake it back up so it is likely worth a try.... I recommend placing it in your hand upside down and using your thumb strength to pop off the cap.... I like to turn it to the off position then push on the dial above the "auto" as this is directly across from the ribbon cable... less likely to harm it there....Thanks for the advice! Can't seem to get it working again with a combination of tapping and clicking. Anything I should try myself by opening the battery area? Not something I've ever done before but I can't break it anymore than it currently is! If I do end up having to send it back, how much is it for an upgrade to the 5s and would that replace any repair costs?
