I believe it's because people placing new orders are paying more. I paid $270+ shipped for the standard boxset while the backers could get the barebones edition or standard boxset for $220.

ahhhh i see. makes sense. i suppose ill have to buck up for some capsules as well as batteries. my apologies for bringing this back up everyone!
one more thing tho... from the pics on the last page... they show the black inhalaters... and i thought Greg said that the black 05s would only have a slim inhalater sticker on the black body...? the pics look like the black 05s are wrapped completely again? not a big deal just cant tell for sure from the pics. either way its coming off!

For anyone interested in upgrading their XP to an 05, I just got my confirmation. Black INH05, Perma Cap Pack, Glass Capsule, and shipping was $100. That's $60 for the upgrade and $20 for shipping (the glass capsule will be shipped separately but at no additional cost). I also included the HIGH05 code in the comments on my invoice. I'm not sure if it will be honored though.
For those that are desperate to receive confirmation, just call greg at inhalater. He will sort everything out. Fred seems to lose track of emails. It's been hit or miss with responses for me. 5/6 emails have had an instant response and 1 was completely ignored. Just stay persistent if you want a response.
And for the love of god, keep your emails short and to the point. It takes much longer to answer questions by email than to ask them. 1-2 sentences is ideal.
@llamaman001, an alternative to the additional batteries is an external battery. Anker sells great external batteries that can be used for the inhalater, cell phones, etc. Without the ability to charge the batteries outside of the inhalater, the extra batteries seem useless. My small external battery will charge the inhalater up to 10 times on the fly. And the inhalater can be used while charging.

It's not a wrap around sticker, but the color match is pretty good so it hard to see on the pic!

I use it with the dial at 7 and the aerocapsule that came with the unit (a regular one with a hole drill on the side) and the taste is very good, and the extraction is amazing.
The unit don't smell like the ascent when on use and the taste is superior too all of the vape I usually use on the go. For me, the FF as superior taste but the 05 is so stealthy that you can use it every where, and the extraction of the 05 is amazing.
The 05 hit hardnothing left in the ABV after a session. Gregg tell me that is crew use the unit at 9 with the aero for max extraction, but for me, the vape is too hot at that level and remind me the taste of the wispr 2, but my friend that pretty new too vape love it that way too.
So the FF has better flavor, but not by much? If the FF is a 10 in flavor, how would you rate the 05? Like an 8, or not that high?
I'm a little confused about charging. Does it come with what you need to charge it, or do you need an additional micro USB cable? How long does the charge last?

A battery charger and 4 batteries for $35 is a nice deal.
If you were the indiegogo contributor and got the barebones edition you won't get a micro USB charger, otherwise you will get one in your box.

I got one with a 10 foot cord for $5!
Will I get a dispatch e-mail when it's been sent? Or should I just expect it to arrive at some point over the next few weeks? I backed about halfway through the original campaign and live in the UK, so I'm not expecting it to arrive too soon, but a general idea would be nice.

I agree - one month at the earliest. After the indiegogo backers receive their products we're looking at another round of production and then packaging and shipping. . .
Are there any indiegogo backers that have an INH XP currently? I'd love to hear a side by side comparison when the INH05's are received.

Sounds good...but what kind of ETA are we looking at for those of us who've ordered from the site in the past week? Is it really going to be weeks before it ships? (Because if so, I would have assumed the website would say "ships in 3-4 weeks" or something. I got the distinct impression when I ordered that it was in stock and ready to ship.)
So what's a realistic ETA? I emailed you guys with that and a couple other q's several days ago, after placing an order, but have received no reply...thanks...

They are taking care of the indiegogo backers first. Added with being shipped from canada is estimate at least a month wait time which has already been stated

If you live in the US Id give the shipping time at least 1.5-2 weeks. At least if they are using the same shipping as the XP.
So close to a 3-4 week wait time realistically.
