I live in Europe and nobody carries this vape in online stores here, at least not that I could find, so when I ordered back in October, I had ordered directly from imagvape.com. Its a bit more pricey at $120 than from the retailer mentioned above. Plus I payed 5 for express shipping, which was well worth it, because it was in my mail box within 3 days! On the customs form they declared a worth of only $30, so I didn't even have to pay any taxes on it. So in the end, it was faster and about the same price (if you account for the custom taxes when ordered from the US) to order straight from China, than it would have been to order from a vendor in the States. Just a thought, for those of you living in Europe

ps, I lost my Imag+ mouthpiece the other day. Jup sucks, I was on a ski lift having a vape, all was well until the mouthpiece popped off and fell 10 meters into a snowy tomb...never to be found again. Previously I had dropped the Imag a few times, the mouthpiece on its own a few times also (has no roll guard, wouldn't be a bad idea to add one), and the MP had taken some damage. It had a small crack in it, and so it didn't hold as snug as anymore, that's why it fell off for no apparent reason. But still, its pretty amazing, to think that I can sit on a ski lift in the middle of the Alps at -3°C and have a high quality vape session at the click of a button. Despite (the now lost) low quality MP, the Imag+ really does its job very well. Until losing the MP, I have been using it daily since October and it has always delivered and done what its supposed to do. Most people that try it, want to purchase one and ask me where to get it...then I tell them, wait until February, it will be worth it

I too am now a proud owner of the imag+ and I am impressed with the value of this great device. My only wish would be to have the MP fit more snug to the unit, and this thing would blow my expectations away ! I know the MP has been addressed here many times, and its my understanding that the new version will have this corrected , but in the meantime has anyone figured out a way to have their MP fight more tightly? Any ideas that would help? Maybe some magnetic tape around the bottom of the MP and top of heating chamber ? An extra high temp oring such as one for the solo around the screen ? I dont have enough redneck blood in me to come up with a safe / efficient solution other than just letting it be!

Use it a while, believe it or not the residue eventually makes it stay closed better it seems, I just don't TOTALLY clean it and its sorta better that way.

O-ring wouldn't work - if you squeeze too much material (too thick O-ring) it will simply push up the MP.
Installing magnets would also be a foul idea, as you would require adhesives where you wouldn't want them. Get your tweezers included in Imag+ set, they are quite pointy, and find the groove in plastic ring topping the heat chamber. There are actually two, see arrows. Make sure these are cleaned with that pointy tweezer, or else up for the job. If you have the skills and tools, you can make this groove more hollow, then get thicker O-rings (for 510 thread e-cigs). If you need supertight emergency hold & insulation (like a ski lift, or a pocket) just do some duck tape, even if it heats a bit during use, there should be enough resistance to keep things tight, and MP should seal airpath from tape's adhesive side. Next thing comes to (my) mind is to find a "food safe", "organic resin", "natural" etc. duck tape alike..

Does anyone know if the recently released Cloud V Phantom Premium has the updated mouthpiece and ceramic heating chamber of the IMAG Plus? People talk about this being a "rebrand" but their site says nothing about having the new additions of the IMAG Plus. I'll contact Cloud V's support but I just wanted to get input from anyone here.

People here are going to have them before Cloud actually does (they do not yet). If anything it would be best just to buy the actual device than a rebrand.

I would get the higest quality for higest temp resistance and durability ,i wouldn't go cheap on that you are getting few meters anyway

@MMartins Seller sent me a replacement. I believe someone in this forum created an aftermarket MP. Also a few in this thread mentioned some other vape MP working as a good replacement. Ultimately the first gen of the imag + functions good but the build reliability is not so good.
I made the following video showing the electrical issue where the Imag + no longer works as designed. I did get a full refund from seller. I hope this is addressed in latest gen but I doubt it. BTW I have the extra MP if you want it.

@elproducto , thanks, I've contacted Relaxotech and they send me 2 MP, should arrive soon.
And thanks for offering me the extra MP that you have, but I live in Switzerland and shipping will also cost a lot.
@Link420 , I also live in Europe, I've ordered mine on a French Shop " http://www.docteur-vaporisateur.com/vaporisateurs-portables/393-imag-vaporisateur-v-pen.html " they also have spare MP, but at the moment they are out of stock, on approximately 2 weeks they should be at stock again. (I've asked them for the MP)
BTW the MP and no battery level indicator are the 2 big issues on this vaporizer, but I realy love it, near my Arizer Air, this is my daily on the go vaporizer.

Was just thinking about how perfect the imag plus is gonna be for golfing.
The two minute shut off is perfect for inbewteen shots and I'll be able to just throw it in the cup holder next to a brew and if I happen to lose it in a drunken stuper oh well, I'll get another.

I didn't do my research and ended up ordering an Imag+ from Indiegogo. I have trouble using a vape with a tight draw. Got rid of my flowermate after a couple of times. I know I can poke holes etc. Is there a way to replace the mp and will that open the airway?

So my Imag Plus rolled off a 3 foot table onto a wooden floor...mouth piece is SUPER loose and I am unsure if the ceramic cracked...it has a straight line down(Crack?) the ceramic path, but maybe that was like that, I can't recall, can can snyone thats getting one or has one check? If it didn't crack all I need is probably a new mouthpiece(Unless it was the inside that messed up, all I know is the mouthpiece is REALLY loose, shame I was growing attached to it...like it was my relaxing lazy man vape and walking vape, bah!

Cool, wonder if they fixed it based on my feedback, its a pretty great vape, shame mine got busted so quick.
