Been smoking 40 years, last year I bought a fenix mini and stopped in a day but it still was hard because it was hurting my throat. A little later I bought a mighty and started loving to vape, no more throat problems. Since I bought a crafty as a backup and for outside the fenix mini is gathering dust

Only ever smoked weed, never touched tobacco. Smoke free for years, not sure how many. At least since I quit drinking booze. I was a heavy-handed alcoholic for a very long time. Well, I'll always be an alcoholic but I don't and will never again drink a drop. But the question was smoke-free and the answer is, it's been a long fucking time! Glad to be alive and healthier than I was!

Drink can be a very evil mistress. I lost my best friend to alcohol a few years ago. We were both in out late 20s and when sober he was one of the nicest, smartest amd most compassionate people I've ever met. When drunk he got very depressed and turned into an arse hole! As a result I basically don't drink, not t total but just don't enjoy it so only drink occasionally, couple of times a year.

See this is basically me.. but when i do have the odd drink, its such a let down..
Just makes me feel shit and groggy and then sleepy... just not worth it...

...i only combust 3 days of the entire year, only because i almost have to... once a year some friends and i go on a fishing trip to a remote lake and stay on an island to camp... there is nothing in the means of everyday life (cell signal, hydro, running water, toilet, etc...) just the great outdoors 
... my favourite time of year (fuck christmas)... we fly into this island as the only other way to get to this lake is by a two hour quad ride...
...i've brought a lotus and vapcaps along before but they are kind of a PITA to use trying to fish, drink beer and drive a boat in full sunlight and windy conditions... to mitigate any frustrations for this trip, i just bring papers with me... blasphemy!

For me it feels just as a reminder, in case I forgot, of how sub-par the experience of combusting really is: I feel dizzy in a bad way, with added effects to those of weed and the whole thing feels "dirty".
Not to mention the horrible taste in my mouth and having to immediately clean the stem/rig+bowl/etc of any combustion residue.
@just_the_flu that is my most dreaded situation!!! Of course its different if you prepare like you do.
I always fear I'd relapse. Back the dark days even if I didn't have my stash I could smoke tobacco as a substitute, but now without the backy it's a bit daunting, even after three years clean.

Vape flower 100%. But never vape concentrates. It's not close to the same as dabbing at all. Occasional kief bong rips when I want the most cerebral experience.
Dabbing is conduction vaporization.

What REALLY makes me proud / happy / whatever is having fucked tobacco / nicotine for many Months now - first cigarettes, quite some time later Joints with tobacco. 
Completely combusustion free now but there may come an occasion where i might smoke pure joint - but i think there is no going back in my future

RIP combustion for a few years. Smoking triggers my GERD bad (among other things) and vaping seems to be the only way to indulge.

Ummm...how else would you use concentrates, unless you only make edibles with it?
Concentrates are ALWAYS vaporized. If you cause it to burn/combust on your nail, then you're nail was way too hot!

I guess I have to elaborate and be more clear for you stoners. I won't CONVECTION vape concentrates. I won't do concentrates in my Mighty or in a Volcano/Herbalizer etc etc. It sucks. I have a Source Vape Orb 4 with 12 atomizers and the coils definitely get it up there. Bangers are still by far my favorite though.

But yeah, I tend to vape my concentrates on a hot nail 95% of the time. It's simply the best way to use concentrates.
But I will sometimes sandwich a ball-o-wax on in the middle of the bud in my bowl with some of my vaporizers on occasion.

I haven't purposely cumbusted in over 6 years. I was holding onto some papers, pipes, and rigs for smoking if a smoker friend came over. I threw all that smoking shit out last week because I don't even want smoke around me.
I went over to an old friend I have not seen in a decade and he handed me a bong and I told him I do not smoke only vape. He looked at me like I lost my mind or maybe thought I was some kind of narc.

Despite all this, about six weeks ago my friend and I decided my car was the handiest place at the time to burn one down.

Even Ozium does nothing lasting. FML!

It takes time but keeping your windows down as much as possible is the best way to get rid of the smell, along with febreze.
Also, you might want to replace the cabin air filter in your car. Make sure you get the cabin air filter and not the one for the engine. Cabin filters will pick up and hold on to bad smells, more and more so as they age. If the filter is dirty it doesn’t matter what you do to your car interior, you will smell smoke.

Since 2012, Bought a viapolution 2 .First vape ever. I'min stat8e program for last 5 months,its been vape pens,If flower was a choice in my state program I'd be flower 100%.
But still can get plenty medicated.5

Can you please give more info on difference between :
-- Herbalizer at 445 F with fan assist, direct into an OGB long glass mouthpiece---- or into a low diffusion hydratube with warm water VS
--Quartz banger and torch.
Both are with squeezed rosin and very small amount
For a newbie, Herbie is dialed in/ can't overheat the dab/ 100% consistent and the flavor sure seems great to me.
Newbie and banger--- some too hot and some too cold and most have issues with goo sticking to tool, but a rare dab
is really good and tastey.
What does dialing in a banger give over Herbie experience? Thanks
