Let's not delegitimize the election process though. Trump will hold the title of US President. I remember an Obama trending thing titled NotMyPresident. That type of shit endangers the peaceful transition of power we have in this country. Something dictator countries probably envy us for.
I don't even wish I could respect him. I do not. There is nothing about him I respect.
I find him repulsive. From his well discussed treatment of women to his business practices.
Every business practice I have researched I find disgusting. When he built his trump tower, he tore down the department store that was on the site. There were some beautiful Art Deco murals on the building that a museum wanted. Publicly he agreed to allow the museum to have them if it didn't cause a great delay or cost too much. The museum had it estimated that it would delay the demo 10 days & cost about $15,000. Trump had his crew jackhammer them at 6am, then claimed saving them would have delayed the demo 6 months and cost millions. The only thing trump cares about preserving is his name on buildings.
I called Bush president. I disagreed with everything he did as president. I do believe however he is a fundamentally decent human being. From what I have read, he went to war in Iraq being told that line about it being a simple operation & they would welcome us with open arms (and it would help spread Christianity, which was important to him... not that I agree with that at all.)

I cannot call him my president. His name even in the history books along with even Nixon is something beyond bewildering. He makes Nixon look like Jesus.
In fact, I would not be against dividing the nation into two countries & giving everybody a year to move to the nation that they want to be a part of. The people who want to live with him as president and an economy that closely resembles Brownback's Kansas could go there & build a wall to keep us out. Give us Bernie & Democratic Socialism. That wall would come in handy when their banks crash, their bridges & roads collapse... and we're enjoying universal health care.
The direction of this nation disgusts me. Remember, it's not just trump. Zimmerman is allowed to attack a 17 year old, then kill him when the kid fought back. Innocent! The Bundy clan plans an armed takeover over a government building & holds it for quite some time. When they're finally arrested & tried for it, even their lawyers were shocked. “My client was arrested in a government truck, and he was acquitted of taking that truck."
The right-wing radicals in this country see a return to when they considered America "great." Remember, it wasn't until 1968 that a white man was even convicted in Detroit of murdering a black man. Yes. In 1967 Detroit, every single white man ever taken to trial for the murder of a black man was found innocent by an all white jury. THAT is what they heard from their candidate when he repeated the slogan he trademarked & sells on hats.
He may be about to become president of my country, but he will never represent me. I'd actually rather see the White House bulldozed than have him spend a day living there.

I actually wouldn't be surprised. He isn't exactly in good shape, is 71 years old, and is about to take the most stressful job in the world. We see how it ages people. He is older than Bill Clinton, and look at Bill. Look at the change in Obama. He also has a doctor that supposedly tells him that nobody has ever been healthier, which if we go by his personality he probably just fired every doctor that told him differently. He's a massive heart attack waiting to happen.
Then there is his "Second Amendment" crowd who may not like it if he doesn't live up to all his crazy promises...
