They don't sell the DigiTi heater separately without the PID
The Ti heater requires at least a 12V 3A power supply and some kind of dimmer or PWM buck boost step down module
I use a switchable laptop PSU
and either a DPS30V5A (DPS3005)

I use my Herbo Ti with the REFC ATM power supply kit and it works great. Plus you can more precisely dial in the voltage and get additional consistency. As opposed to hoping you are at the right point on the dial for original power supply.

if it's 12V 2A only it won't be enough, I think it's limited to 12V 2A ?
you need 12V 3A+ for the Herbo I think, even 12V 5A

No - it won't enable temperature control
But when you know your preferred settings you can turn it up for the 1st minute or 2 and turn it down again before you use it, with memory presets or via the control buttons or a knob (depending on which buck boost thingy you choose), to speed things up.
And see exactly how much power it's drawing so you can tweak away to your hearts content and replicate the same experience again and again.
No temp control makes sense.… how about the heatup time? Say i use a overdimensioned psu (10a), would it not heat up faster than the stock analog version?
Also someone wrote in the thread that the digiTI consumes more power than the analog version. I know this is true for heatup, but does the digiTI use more watts even after reaching the desired temperature?

The manual in my package is wrong. It lists the temperatures for the newer psu, but then tells me to do the burn off on setting 8. which according to the temp chart is 190 degree only. No burn off happening. Please correct.

Herbo provides the best flavor of any vape hands down imo.
I have multiple bowls including the two microdosing bowls and I can honestly say they are not needed. You can microdose just fine with the regular bowl.

I‘m still loving my Herbo, it‘s my most used vape.
Now, after a year of heavy usage, I‘m using a little problem:
The o-rings don‘t hold the glass part of the Herborizer anymore, so it get‘s stuck in the bowl when pulling out.
Do anyone have a mod/idea beside getting some new o-rings?

Turning the Herbo on and off will heat and cool the glass and o-rings causing them to expand and contract. Over time this will cause the o-rings to lose their original form and the glass injector will loosen as a result. Once the Herbo is on and allowed to reach the desired temperature, the o-rings secure the injector just fine again. I normally keep the Herbo on at all times to avoid this.
If you can’t keep the Herbo on 24/7 then try this fix. Gently pop the o-rings out, allow them the regain their shape then put them back on. Be careful because the o-rings can be on tight but also brittle and you run the risk of tearing them. If they tear you can still use them- I know because I did this exact thing.
I would recommend you buy more o-rings because eventually they will need to be replaced.

You can wrap something under or around the orings to make them bigger but I'd just measure them and buy some new ones to be honest

It is very easy to find adaptator 18->14mm, even at amazon
On the herborizer site, it is wrotte 18mm for the sherlock.

Thanks @Alligator427 - in this case it seems that I can either get the Ti 14mm version + Sherlock with 14->18mm adapter to fit the Sherlock or the Ti 18mm version + Sherlock with 18 -> 14 adapter to fit my bubblers which are exclusively 14mm.
Going back to the posts here it seems that the 14 mm fits more snugly (even saw a mention of the creator saying he prefers it) so I guess I'd be going down that route. If I'm missing something or there are other benefits of going with the 18mm version please do let me know.

So without the joints, it’s approximately 23mm from the bottom of the upper joint to the screen and another 10mm to the top of the lower joint.
Including the joints, from top of the upper joint to the screen is 5cm and another 33 mm to bottom of the lower joint, with a total length of 83mm
This is just me and a ruler so not very scientific but I did measure thrice and hope that it helps you make a better injector bowl for me to buy.
