I ordered the analogue ti today from the verdampftnochmal website. I also ordered a new Sherlock because the other one i had broke at the thin neck bend. I also ordered a Micro dose bowl and a regular bowl. I hope i can just do 1-hitters with the micro dose bowl and get all the flavour and terps in one hit and than hopefully the bowl is done, so i can get a tasty terpy hit each time. I have a low tolerance right now, so this is a good solution (in theory). I also like the fact that it has a glass filter and not a metal screen.

@3migo: I really love that Sherlock. I have used it with my herborizer XL. Easily best taste and what i did not expect that it feels just as smooth as my matrix bong. The Sherlock is better than the tube XL for sure. Super smooth vape without water. It is very delicate though. very easy to brake because it is very thin and small glass. So handle it with care. I think i bumped it against something, not even very hard and it broke right away. So you really have to handle it with much care. But the vape experience is one of the best I have tried so far. I think it beats pretty much any bong, it is that good.

Appreciate the feedback regarding the Sherlock from those that shared...Looks like I'm gonna have to pick one up. I love the style of it so much.

For those who have asked, it looks like the DigiTi will be in stock from Herborizer in May.

I agree with the comments about the Sherlock. It's very classy and also very effective at cooling vapor and making it tasty!

How is this a microdose? Hopefully my Sherlock and my analogue herborizer ti arrive tonight or tommorow. that's actually pretty fast delivery because it had to come from Germany to holland and i placed the order on monday, so 4 or 5 days delivery time is not to bad.

With the Second screen (closer to the heater), I have strong results if i microdose the bowl (like on the photo) and with the Sherlock, it's just amazing (tasty and toasty!)

Oke thanks, I guess did not look hard enough. I had a similar idea to put a fritted glass screen on my herborizer XL.
The screens did not arrive yet (i ordered 20mm and 23mm) and i don't even know if it will be an exact fit, but I like to try stuff out.
It is my goal to eliminate any metal screens on my vaporizers. That why i bought the ti with microdosing bowl which has a glass filter.
Also i am going to get a fritted glass filter for my analogue TI. Maybe it will not even work, but thats all part of the game. All in the name of vapor science.

is the fritted glass a bit flexible like the metal screen? because the passage in the bowl is restricted before widening on the bottom.

I don't think it will be flexible. But i did not get it yet. The normal metal screen 22mm i think. And i ordered a 20mm and a 23mm screen.
Not sure if it will even fit. But if it is just resting on the 4 glass notches, that would be fine with me.

I bought the XL back in the day when i still liked packing 0.5 gram bowls, put it next to the computer and have myself a solo sesh
while playing world of warcraft raids and dungeons. Now last year i decided to cut back on consumption and had the dicipline to have my t-breaks and my tolerance resetted.

So nowadays my plan is to microdose and just have 1 supertasty hit and get all the terps and than toss the ABV.
My XL is not going anywhere, so if it is there if i want it.

DigiTi arrived yesterday, and I'm already quite smitten by it. Running it through some of my own glass, but definitely considering picking up the Sherlock from Vgoodiez. Anyone use their Herborizer through the Sherlock? How is it?

My herborizer Ti heater arrived today. I just was trying some stuff out. The microbowl gives me great taste but is pretty useless when you put grounded stuff in there because half of the herbs falls down the sherlock because it goes passed the filter. it hits very smooth though, when there is no metal screens. I am very happy with that. te airflow is restricted though. I have to test more the next days.

The regular bowl gave me a nice airflow, but the metal screen made me cough more and lost some flavour compared to glass screen. I am going to keep the micro bowl for hash i think. Maybe i should try hand picked nugs instead of ground, or something.

I also wanted to love the microdose bowl, but the glass screen (or plug) that comes with it is just not suitable for fine ground herb. It’s great for hash and nugs as you can stirr and break them up without worrying about pushing your screen in. But if you don’t mind using a metal screen, i can tell you it works great with a fine screen for ground herb. I had to make it fit so it doesn’t fall out when debowling. Maybe try a titanium screen if you are sensitive to SS !?

Yes i think i am going to try a titanium screen. I think the Ti gives me cleaner hits as the XL (steel heater).
But i also thought about buying a better glass filter. i think you can buy them cheap in several shapes and sizes. i am not sure which one would be best though.

Have you tried torching the original screen? I find that helps with the taste
I like a second layer of fine mesh on top of that to catch fine particles too.

Another option is to use a glass honeycomb screen and a length of ecig wire like Simrel's Terp Torch screens (fold the wire and push it through 2 holes in the screen so the tails stop the screen from flipping or falling out)

What does this scorching the metal screen even mean. you hold it in the flame of the gasstove for a minute or something?

I was thinking of getting the grav labs coffee mug for my (arriving this week) herboriser TI. Bit concerned I might be putting the heating element to close to my face? Has anyone tried this combo or something similar?

I have no experience with that mug but the heater should be oke on that. I use the sherlock myself and that is a small piece.
I would not use it for very high temperatures or fast draws. The sherlock can get a bit hot on the bottom of the glass if you go crazy with it. But it is not to hot on my face, i even used it with the Herborizer XL. So I think that mug should work fine. You can put your hand next to the Ti heater and feel at what distance it gets warm. You can get fairly close to it in my opinion.

I would be concerned about putting my face that close, just because I also remove the injector after my hit, before clearing the piece.

I've been using the "Large Upright Bubbler" from Grav for my Herbo and it has been great so far. I'd eventually like to get an Herbo Sphere if Vgoodiez ever gets them in stock again.

If u'r talking about this one, and knowing the size of a TM it must not be a problem.

It was a doubt too, for my snake bubbler i post earlier, but everything is good and when u're used to small bubbler it's hard to use big volume chamber again. less asking to the lung and can one hit in 6 sec... just a bit less cool than a big sphere but tastier

I never move it hot, the cooling time will vary but won't touch it in the minute u shut it off. If it's for moving it, u can always take the handle but i would wait more than 2 min to put it on a bag or else

For the XL Bowl the screens are 22mm. For the Ti bowl I think the screens are regular 12.5mm.
