Hey Rodders, man I'm really happy to hear this. Seb is a diamond, and I couldn't believe he would not do you right 100% and totally fairly, without quibble.Well lets see, I just checked and i placed my order on or around March but Seb sent me an email there this morning. I had to add that the guy is crazy he did fix my issues and my head is sort of spinning. I think it may take me a few days for it to set in but what he did to fix the issues i can not quite believe he went as far as he did i thought he might just refund the bubbler but no he fixed everything.
I am just relieved to be honest, I only started using the vape recently too and i get a bigger ti bowl i know its the best vape on the market it would beat the XL with a bigger bowl, I was scared this arguement we were having might of broken that but if he is happy to have as a customer i am still happy to keep ordering vapes. Technically i think i need three to suit my needs and ill health so i will probably place another order to be honest soon.
Clearly he currently has some soundingly, not very nice employees.
I am logically deducing that over the past 12 months, since awareness of the Ti and DigiTi has increased in America, Herborizer has grown as a business.
I never once interacted with anybody except Seb himself, several years of emails.
But staff can be assholes haha.
I'm both especially pleased Rodders, mostly that you can finally relax about this, will surely get a fair resolution, and hopefully be happy with your Ti forever after.
You just need the regular bowl mate, like you did in the start. I never would have even suggested you personally use the Microbowl.
You can still load a fair amount into the regular Ti bowl, and still use it very similarly to the XL. Keep sipping for a good while, easy, effortless, continuous and super smooth and tasty hits.
Just keep stirring, dont run the temp so high it is too fast extracting for your own perferences and what you are used to.
But also, secondly, I am very relieved to hear that Sebastien has not abandoned his integrity, respect, and genuine care for people and his customers. Good man I will always say.
