When devices consistently work as expected, there's less to say.

Haha exactly!

Test use 147-HA performs flawlessly again!... That would become a pretty boring journal!

Really the only gripes I have with this device are.
Bottom lights
400f max
Large bowl

Taped the bottom lights
The Max of 400 is not my style but I will not argue with the end results as the HA extracts flawlessly (I really really can't stress just how evenly and nicely toasted every single bit of plant matter that Goes in this thing comes out! Put in a whole nug vape away take it out and crush it to powder!!!) just that I think a nice higher temp would extract everything a bit quick and milk a bit more!
Solo stems and gongs cut the bowl size down to a nice 1.5-tight pack .3.

Also could be a litttttle less restrictive like my hammer and vg but it's certainly not as restrictive as my newish solo. Don't notice it on a normal draw, but on a full pack in the bong it does lack that top end open draw for when you really wanna give it hell. Under 90% of General vape conditions (remebering it does it all! Pump, whip DD bong) it just works oh so well, if you can wrap your head around plugging it in and holding down a button... You're good. Stuff some nugs in there and jam on the mouth peice. There really isn't much you can do to this thing to stop it from working. There are things you can do to increase effectiveness and clouds, but even at its worst the thig still putts along nicely!

Given the price, function, my experience with the durability (I'm rough) and other testimonials of how long this thing should last, I really can't give it any less than 9/10. Even if I wanted to!

Although I really don't know why a device as Versitile as the HA doesn't let you turn the base lights off :/ haha

Hi, im here to say my third HA elite dead jus now.

The first stop heating with more or less one year of use: Lcd, buttons and pumb ok, but not heatin. The shop warranty sendme another one.

The second, aparantely dead for no reason, like the other, 11-12 months later . No Lcd, no buttons and obviosly not heating. The HA warranty sendme another one. One fact, the pumb buzzes wen the HA is plugued

And finaly, 3 months after recieve de the new one, stop heating again, exactly the than the second.

I do an extensive use, 2-3 sesions every day, but never, never the device has fallen me, I've always been extremely careful

I always send the defective unit to the tecnic service, whit the cost that suposed. I'm in Spain and i'm not sure tho start again with the warranty proces.

any suggestions to fix it myself? I buy another? which?

Thanks @Tommy10! You are really helping me with my decision to purchase with your great videos! I've been more than impressed with what the hAe can deliver! I am a little bummed regarding @blabau's post regarding so many defective Elites, but i'm in the same country as HA so warranty wouldn't be a major issue - sounds like their customer service is right up my alley and I LOVE supporting companies that LOVE to SUPPORT their own product!

I want this so bad now, but sadly won't have it for probably another month (so says the wife!).

It seems like you might enjoy it, it is not the milkiest vape I have used. But it is just so consistent and while the clouds aren't as large, they defiantly feel more "powerful" if that makes sense. As you can see from the bong video it milks decently enough, the hammer does better and I'm guessing an evo better again... But 7mm thick glass and an iPhone camera doesn't do it justice. If the analog HA came standard with a TONG I couldn't think of many I wouldn't recommend it to!

Beside that, if I put the same load in this as I do in my solo I personally feel I get a session with a similar number of hits, but much denser and tastier and I find I get more medicated. Direct draw or bong I rate it much better than my solo.... And I love my solo! Got me into vaping and the simple design and ease of use gets big thumbs up from me, but the HA goes a lot harder!

It sounds like they were real ha's if the warranty got honored. I'm not sure I've seen anyone post about their ha breaking before. If you're plugging it directly into the wall maybe get a surge protector or something similar to make sure the electricity/power going to it is safe. You could try the ha 2.2 instead of the ha elite. It's cheaper so I don't know if their warranty process would let you switch or if you'd get money back for switching. Sorry I can't help more.

You get denser hits with the HA? The Solo produces some of the thickest most dense vapour i've ever experienced, especially with a heat soak. And it sounds like you really dig the HA vape signature! I notice much coughing in some of the HA videos i've seen....is this due to the convection? I'm just trying to figure out if this vape will irritate me like other convection vapes. Can you share a little more on how you think the HA is much better than the Solo? Thanks bro, really appreciate all your feedback with this!

I'm not sure I've seen anyone post about their ha breaking before.

I've been researching this vape extensively, and for a very long time....i've scoured the internets and believe it or not i've seen a bunch of failing HA's (non elite) on various forums. I've also read many more reports of very long lasting HA's so it's just like everything I suppose.

It's funny how different we all can be as I cough most of the way through a session with my solo and hardly ever with my HA. I do often use my HA in direct draw mode but unlike Tommy 10 in his videos I add one of the long mouthpiece extensions with a bag mouthpiece on that(keep in mind i only use mine dry). I also have found that using one of the long extensions in the mouthpiece of a full bag ends the need to always keep a finger over the mouthpiece to stop that little bit of vapor that escapes between hits.

:peace:

The solo stems fits approx. .1g..... if you put that same amount in your HA, and use in direct draw, you feel that the HA is much smoother? How do the hits/clouds compare? Are you grinding or not in both? Which session would last longer? Which taste do you think is better? And do you think there is a difference in top end temperature? 204 vs 210

Using un-ground bud in both most of the time but often end up giving the solo stem a little stir and light tamp 3/4 of the way through, I feel the HA is smoother though the vapor output on exhale is thinner when using smaller amounts. (and somehow if you use the pump .10 produces milky dense hits with the whip or direct draw though the sessions are much shorter)

I do mellower sit back kinda sessions of around 20 minutes with both which probably come out to 25-30 hits for me, i don't aim for lung busting hits. The end results seem nearly the same to me both in effect and extraction (avb from both is pretty spent), I start the HA around 360F and the solo at 3 then work my way to 400F on the HA and 7 on the solo.

This definitely explains some of the videos i've seen of vape bonging....ultra thick vape pouring out of the mouthpiece. No idea on the weight of the biomass though, i'm sure it's more than .1g....but it's reassuring to hear that using the pump with .1 will produce a milky dense hit or 2. Thanks!

I cough a fair bit, I prefer hot and harass direct draw I almost like the cough. Trust me when I say I love my solo, but the ha just does it better. It's hard to explain but in my head and in my heart it makes sense! To me the solo, hammer, VG and such have thick hits but seemingly volume thick. Where as (and trust me I have no idea what science is before this or if I'm crazy) the HA seems to produce more potent spacially dense clouds that might not take up as much "volume" to me they look feel and seem thicker. Not like a light couloured greyish fluffy cloud in the sky, but more of a dense ploom from a chemicaly factory chimney stack!
Now if anyone can elaborate further? As that sounds batshit insane but makes sense in my head.

In some of the videos they probably go espresso mode and shove a few grams into the chamber with no crucible. I've only done that once with around 3 grams and 4 people hitting bags and a whip, after we each did a thick bag and 1/2 hour with the pump on low using the whip(at the time i was using an aftermarket pump on my older HA) it was still producing vapor but all 4 of us were damn near trippin' and shut it off.

edit; You can cram a shitload of herb in the chamber without the crucible a lot more then the 3 grams we used and the more you pack it the longer it'll produce milk.

What are the pros/cons to espresso vs crucible? I understand that you can stuff a huge (5g?) amount using espresso.

biohacker,

For me the advantage of a crucible is it helps keep things a bit cleaner and allows me to remove a load if I wanna break it into two sessions also I tend to load less if I use it, That said the person i gave my old HA to doesn't use a crucible (say's they lost 'em even though I included 4 with their kit) and just wipes it out every night and it's stayed clean over the last year or so.

"Espresso mode" is more packing it with at least few a grams and using the pump. More of a party mode how I see it. But not using a crucible still produces pretty much the same vapor wise for smaller amounts and no pump. Of course you can use the pump with or without the crucible for a little assistance to make bigger vapor if your lungs can't do the work, you can always turn it off or just detach the tube that runs between the pump and HA when your not hitting it.

Those PV gong's look good...especially the shorty! It appears that PV has fixed their tolerances and they are no longer detrimental to the HA and won't "screwdriver" the heater. Pulling it straight out is essential (giggity!)

Absolutly, for now the warranty service is 10/10. I'm waiting for a new one, but this time sendme a h2.2 + accesories to compensate the diferent price between Elite and h2.2.

Grateful dad

Vape on!
I use a different pump ( family nebulizer) works with tubing.

Looking for glass that's not the d0020-d any ideas?

Plus what temp do you vape at?

190 to 200 Cº with the elite

Now i have the h2.2 and dont know becouse come with farenheit:shrug:. But i can say the h2.2 at the top of temperature is hotest than elite at the top, better for concentrates i think.
