First off, howdy! Welcome to the Forum, lots of great folks around......but you surely know that from reading the thread. Great choice on F2
@Vitolo (Sage of the High Desert) has confirmed this vape is top of the list for those with physical impairments, something you're no doubt considered.
Filling stems like the bubbler, WPA and bent stem can be done several ways. The water in the bubbler can be a hassle (gravity and all) so you might want to dump the water first to avoid accidents (at least at first).
Some guys just poke the open end in a dish/jar of ground herb and suck up the load. Hard to beat for simplicity. Some of us dump a bit of herb in one palm and 'work' it into the stem against the palm. If your herb is well cured (dry) there's no real mess, easy to dump the excess back in the container. This is what I usually do. Some just stuff some in, even an intact nug, broken off the bud, will vape just fine since everything in the load is uniformly heated by conduction as you use it.
Some of us just poke the open end in the jar until we're happy with the fill. Not rocket science, and kind of a fun ritual, really. This is how I fill the capsules (which I think you should consider). If you do decide to try it PM me and I'll send you one of my loading tool sets that makes this very easy. I 'owe' Vitolo some more but the tube I got came in a tiny bit smaller than the last batch and I've had to order more. I should be able to scrounge you a set from the bits I have from development if the tube doesn't get here in time, might be ugly but functional?
No problem with the break if I understand you right. But there's no real need IMO. Wash it out assembled when needed. I put mine in the dish washer 'big end up' in the silverware tray after removing the screen (and putting it in the same tray). 20 minutes in hot detergent cleans it just like 'pots and pans'. You can also put it in a small jar (I think the one I use used to have baby food?) with detergent and hot water and shake it some. Best detergent, by far IMO, is PBW, a specialized detergent developed for Coors to clean brewery equipment of the same sort of hydrocarbon junk where you can't scrub.

If you want to replace it (understandable) I'd suggest contacting that superb Customer Service at HR, confess you sin, promise to be more careful and I'll give you 'dollars to doughnuts' they send you a replacement. They have supported serious MMJ use 'above and beyond' at every turn. I get the feeling they genuinely enjoy it.
Again, welcome. Glad you're on board. Experiment around some and find techniques that suit you and give the results you want. Sort of spilling water all over, no real wrong things to try?
Best wishes.
