I use my Fury2 not very often.
Only use is when I need a reliable vape ninja when I am attending concerts or sport events.
Dont use the Fury at home 'cause I want the internal battery to last for eternity

max flavor and max extraction
sometimes the same load gets the first draws in the SOLO and gets finished in two M-sessions

I got one of these to replace my broken crafty. Its OK, but I am missing the crafty which i think gave better flavour and for me clouds. I also struggling to kill a bowl on this. Seems to keep producing vapour ages after its lost its taste, but the hit doesn't seem so strong.
I'm also missing the loading tool on the Crafty that was really neat and kept it tidy.
I seem to be having to use it at higher temps as well for the hits. Like 180-195 on Crafty was great.
Fury i'm like 200 - 221. And i can feel this on my chest a lot more than the S&B.
On the plus side i like the heat up time & battery life and the size is good.
So what am i missing. Any tips on best way to pack it, full bowl , small bowl (plenty of material to fill it!).
Best hits seem to be giving it big ol draws on 200+
Any tips on filling when out and about, any good tools etc?

For on-the-go the dosing capsules are great to reload or using different material. Also for smaller amounts since they limit the capacity. Or you can just fill it half way or whatever. Some use the domed screens with small amounts but I find it effectively the same as the dosing capsules, which I prefer over the screen (you can put the screen over of under material depending on your objective - under may increase air flow a bit and over or on top will limit amount and keep the standard mouthpiece screen cleaner).
Loading is not an issue for me - I grind and store herb in 2 or 3 dram vials and just pour it in. A bit of a pain on-the-go (see dosing capsules above) but no more so than with my Hopper. I’ve been just ‘pouring’ this way since I started vaping. The vial diameters line up with the the Fury/2 chamber (and Hopper too). It’s easy this way for me.
EDIT: small vials are easy to pocket/carry and don’t smell.

Are you using the regular MP or one of the glass pieces? If youre using the regular one and are let down by the flavor, try a glass MP and start at a lower temp than what youre used to, like 165C. If you do that, I would like to hear your comparison of flavor vs the Craftys flavor.
Funny you mention that you feel the F2 kick to the chest more than the Crafty, because I feel the Vapcap kick to the chest way more than my F2. The F2 vapor is far smoother than the Vapcap imo, especially with the bent glass stem. When I start getting fatigued by the VC vapor I switch to the F2. Then when the F2 vapor becomes "too fluffy" I go back to the VC. Variety is nice.
Try out the bent glass stem if you havent already. Granted its not as good for portability but I still use my bent stem on the go all the time. I load it by dipping it into a small metal tin can of ground bud. Works great.

I don't have glass of any kind - yet. The standard MP doesn't bother me but I've used glass before with friends and it would be a welcome change. And with the Fury/2 - and now big brother Fierce - glass is possible yet I subscribe to being portable (for now) and glass could be a (deal) breaker. Get it? Lol. Seriously though, I'm thinking about the bent mouthpiece or WPA for my Fury or, perhaps, make a bigger (financial) sacrifice at this point and get a Fierce, which I did pre-order but cancelled it before the initial ship date. But I digress.
A change to glass however is change and an occasional theme through this and other threads. Changing vapes, changing material (and coarseness), changing temps, changing draw strength and duration, and now changing to glass. I'm sure I left a few out but I did comment earlier on this in response to a few of you and your changes. All welcome changes (and changes welcome)! And I think that's a big part of vaping too, versus combustion. And with that, time to load the Fury chamber - and perhaps raise the temp a bit, lol.

I meant .... Is the HR F2 support offer for @Vitolo still available? I am thinking of ordering a few for Christmas gifts during the Black Friday sale and wanted to know if the offer was still ongoing.
I guess I should have asked it this way....If I buy a couple during black Friday and work the purchase as @OF mentioned in the post I quoted, is HR still matching the purchase for Vitolo's efforts?

Last time I ordered from them (a month or two back?) they were still matching units bought for him and his project, and very happy to do so. Very strong supporters of our own @Vitolo.
Their instructions to me were to put a note in the comments area asking them to send it to Vitolo instead. Asking them to trade the 'bonus' grinder or WP for Dosing Capsules (his preference) also worked as they said it would.
Nice thought, IMO. Been mulling it over myself. I've got a whole lot to be thankful for these days than the unfortunate fellows he supports so well. I suspect I'll be following your lead shortly.
Nobody asked, but IMO HR is a top notch outfit both to us and the larger community. I feel good about giving them my business. The world could use more like them for sure.

Yes... The Fury 2 is a darned good unit for EVERY patient that has received one.
Most patients gladly trade in their portables for the Fury...
Many of those old portables go to a Cannabis Club between here and Phoenix.
There are still dozens of patients that have no units at all, so I give them the older ones too, but when I get proper units with no flaws in function I trade them up to a Fury.
Many patients with dexterity issues get a new Fury 2 right from the start... when I have them.
I am in touch with new patients on a regular basis, as the Doctors forward me names.

Thanks for the update. I'd actually put in another order for you before lunch. Hopefully you'll have them in time for Thanksgiving, which seems appropriate. Christmas, of course, is coming up. But I don't start thinking of that until after Thanksgiving....... I hope to be able to contribute a bit more between now and then. Christmas is important too, even for folks like you that have no snow.
Thanks once again for what you do, and do so well. You are the key without which it wouldn't be happening. And also HR, for sure, without whom the effort would be half as effective? You make it happen, they make it better. And we get to share in the warm feeling.

I can tell you as much as I know. A while back, @Vitolo said (I think on his 'paying it forward' thread where he discusses his work with critical MMJ types with disparage need, no experience, and limited resources) Vitolo said the Fury 2 was nearly ideal but he didn't have enough units or resources to buy more. Several of the good folks on FC stepped up and contributed to a 'group buy' from HR that HR sold to him at half cost (twice as many units to distribute for the same money). I, of course, found out too late......
I emailed them asking if the offer was still open, they enthusiastically responded yes, they were very happy to support Vitolo as they understood the need. Since then I (and I believe others) have ordered units for him (shipped directly to him) which they have matched unit for unit. Buy one for him, he gets two to distribute. Buy two, he gets four. Awesome if you ask me, a word I very seldom use.
I feel this is a very good discussion to have here, the very point you didn't know of it being proof? This is a story worth spreading!
I should get shipping confirmation today or tomorrow if it stays on schedule, I'll let everyone here know if they still match such donations (I very strongly suspect they will).
FWIW, Vitolo says that while the fancy stems are neat for us advanced users, his customers are looking for easy to use, effective tools often without full physical capabilities. Glass stems are not useful, but the Dosing Capsules are in many cases (caregivers can load a batch each day for use as needed).

I'm not a glass expert nor do I own any (have used them with friends) but I don't think that's standard HR product. I have a Fury clone (Snap) similar to the pictured Fenix - and love it. Thinking about getting the WPA or Fury/2 bubbler on the HR site - or perhaps splurging above and beyond glass for my unit and perhaps going with a Fierce, and bigger glass
