Nah, @ataxian is always chilling by the pool with a Solo and a bong. I doubt the super small size of the Fury 2 is enough of a selling point to offset the weaker battery life, slower charging, and lack of a replaceable battery.

And like I was saying: I liked the Fierce enough to give away my Solo II. So someone who has Solo love is a good Fierce candidate because they're similar. My favorite use for the Fierce is with a bubbler.

I only consume about a quarter gram a day and the Fury 2 battery still manages to sneak from two bars to empty before I get it back charging. That little vape is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but the fucking battery man... it's like someone is cycling it when I'm not here just so it'll be almost dead the next time I reach for it. Add a second battery and charger to your Fierce and you don't ever have to wait for it to be ready.

Edit: one other Fierce > Fury 2 for Ataxian thought...

Both vapes have better flavor and vapor quality with glass accessories (i.e. when not using the black mouthpiece). The glass accessories for the Fury 2 are tiny so you'd have to embrace vaping .1g or so more often to enjoy the glass difference. The Fierce glass is a bit bigger than a Solo stem and works great half full so you have the option of vaping .2g or more at a go. The extraction is admittedly slower than the Fury 2, which makes sense when you think about it. So if you wanted to just step outside, vape a bowl in two or three minutes, and be dosed and done then the Fury 2 wins. If you want better flavor and don't mind taking more time to extract then it's Fierce all day.

Hey @ataxian , I'm with @bossman , I think the Fierce flavor is a winner! I love my F2, but it's small and I'm constantly reloading it!

My tracking got updated this morning, she's out for delivery!

My replacement device has been on its initial charge for almost 2 hours and is still at only 1 bar. Has anyone else received such a drained battery?
I’m thinking everything is fine and I’m lacking patience after all this waiting—better not need a replacement for the replacement...

I had left my Fierce Glass Bubbler in my old Fierce before I sent it back and never had a problem with it.

Quick Tip

If you have the Dosing Capsules here is a quick tip just load the Dosing Capsules and put the glass piece in after it so it rests on top. I found that I get great vapor and it keeps your glass cleaner longer. I find that I can get 2 sessions out if each capsule you just have to flip the capsule over before you start the 2nd sessions. Your abv will be very consistent.

My battery was almost full when my unit arrived... so was the spare one...

I may know. I am occasionally CIVILIZED.
But... just got the new Fierce last night. I need a couple of days before I am ready to recommend it. So far, very promising... it definitely packs a punch.
I will always recommend the Fury, but if you want bigger & longer sessions, the FIERCE may be the way.
Others have given great advice.
Decisions are tough to make. But you can’t go wrong with HR.

Small or session flavor civilized medicated correctly!
I put 2 units with cotton kief, e-juice+rosin on my coils (Clapton style) = maxlife
Atomizer tank on aMOD! 18.7 watt’s is all it took!

Fiery or Flurry?

I have CANNABIS, ROSIN, KIEF in the house.
Need, want something to load, however it all old stuff?
Harvest of colas not bad this year!

CIVILIZED I try?

@ataxian I have a solution. Buy a Fury 2 and a Fierce.

decide which you want to keep

donate other vape (Fierce or Fury 2) to @Vitolo for the less fortunate = VERY CIVILIZED

Great tip, what do you mean by flip the capsule over before the second session? Flip the Literal metal caps over, or just the flower?

I'm pretty sure he means flipping the capsule itself. Cap up to cap down.

@jayhof , how much vapor are you getting after the flip? I tried it with two last night and only got one more small hit. I'll measure how much I'm putting in tonight, they were full without any packing.

Maybe you're packing more?

Now the search for a good case to go out with using the glass straight piece.....or a soft cover that encloses the glass...

So I always start by putting the dosing cap in with the top side up.
Before I start my next session I flip the dosing cap by putting the top side facing down. that will completely finish off the dosing cap and give you very even ABV.

It depends if I start my first session at 380 and I go until the vapor starts to die down. Then I flip and bump up to 430 I get a few more hits maybe 5 or so.

If I'm lazy and I just keep the temp at 430 for both sessions then the 2nd time around I may just get a hit or 2. But the cheap side of me knows I got everything I could out if it. Lol

Just got my unit back and especially with the tip about the dosing caps with the glass pieces: WOW. This thing is phenomenal. Like I am impressed with how far it can stretch the quantities of plant matter it does, and the mouthfeel of the glass is just great, and the battery life, all that. I am just enamored. Stoked to get more acquainted with the device in the future.

I noticed that my replacement unit shipped without the battery installed in the device. I think that’s why it felt lighter to you.
