I have some lower quality home made bubble hash which is very similar to Moroccan in consistency and a love the chameleon hash pipe for it! I do exactly what @ChameleonGlassGuy did in the videos above. The key is using a big enough torch to get a penetrative heat. The only downside is that the hot stick gets dirty quickly, and it's not the easiest to clean. I still haven't tried rosin in it.

it's just a great concept. I love playing with my dynavaps, this would fit right in. just need to know if this would work with the material available for me. are pics of product ok here so I could maybe show you what I'm working with?

I prefer vaporization because i'm 56 and starting to be more conscious of my body, but, I also tell the truth: I do enjoy my brick hash (when I can get it) by burying a nice chunk in the center of a bowl of flower and then working the cherry around the rim. Traditional Hash is just not as common anymore here in the states.so basically, what you are sying is with the Moroccan style brick hash I'm better of just smoke the shit?

Not at all, my fave ways are with an old style titanium enail, vaponic, vapman and in my Ed's TnT WPA with the Enano XL.

very cool! looks like I'm on the right track as I have both the Vapman and Enano on my shopping list 
I've been experimenting and have had quite good success with a Crafty+ and capsules. but there is a caveat. have to mix it with Chamomile flower petals (or any dry herb will do, thinking of trying Mullein next). basically the same as they mix brick hash with tobacco for combustion. that's how we combusted hash back in the nineties when I started
but this isn't ideal, that's why I'm here looking for something to use this stuff uncut.
Ken told me over e-mail that my hash looks low grade bubble so I'm most likely good. next payday and some shipping and I will know. I'll report! thank you all

What do you prefer about it? It could be my imagination, but I think the airflow is more open. The bowl has these wee slits/ crenellations at the top unlike the TT/terp (which rely on holes in the heater itself). I guess the 18mm/14mm aspect impacts on airflow as well. That said, they're all...

Also,I swear that the pics on the site show the carb hole on the left side, and mine is on the right side. But I can live with that.
My first couple of attempts weren't the best experiences. I think I just need to dial in my heating better, and use more rosin.

Third time trying, and unfortunately I'm still not having a positive experience.
Tried heating the wand to pink/orange, then waiting till the wand cooled down to barely any pink. Then I tried with a hotter light red wand, and not any better. I get some of it vaporized, but the taste is off and I can't get it to vaporize like I've seen in the videos. Also, neither wand's bulb-end reaches the bottom of the bowl, so there is always a good size drop of un-vaporized rosin in the bottom that won't vaporize no matter how red I get the wand.
I dunno. I get a significantly better rosin-vaporizing experience with a cheap, less than $20 glass honey-straw. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

Not sure either, but the fact that it is not meeting your expectations is no good. I've had a few people comment that it seems to them like they have better control over the wand with the longer Gandalf version. I made some on Friday and more today, I think I'll replace your Briar with a Gandalf and see if that helps. Drop me a line at ken@chameleonglass.com and we'll arrange the swap.

What sort of torch are you using @Ramahs ? I had a confusing experience like that when I was using the smallish ronxs dual. As soon as I used a more penetrative flame from my big buddy I got much more consistent results. If you've got a large torch, have a go with that.

The two torches I've used so far are my larger two..an Errly Bird torch like this one. And I also tried using my Blazer Big Shot like this one. Both were capable of getting the bulb-end of the wand glowing red. I'd be surprised if hotter than that is necessary. I mean, I could go bigger and get a big propane torch, but that seems excessive.
I mean, I'm fond of the look of this pipe otherwise. But sure, I'll give it a shot.
I don't feel like I've had any issues with wand control, but that could be my own ignorance talking.

Yeah those torches look like they should be powerful enough. Maybe that portion of the bowl that doesn't make contact with the wand is the culprit.
Good luck with the gandalf when you get it. There is defiantly a leaving curve with this thing but I find it very satisfying now... I was pretty disappointed at first too.

Yeah. I'm wondering if it could be just the design of this specific pipe. But I reached out to @ChameleonGlassGuy , and they are arranging a replacement. Hopefully I'll be reporting back with good news after that

I really like the look of this wpa version. I've just bought the Glen's Briar pipe from rvs after eyeballing it for quite some time. I'm pleased with it, for me personally I like a reasonably closed draw so I find the carb/shoot through hole unnecessary as there's already a very wide open draw though the three holes on the rim. I see according to rvs that the wpa bowl has two vent holes which would have a tighter draw and I can't see a carb in the photos.
I'll try to hold out from buying one for the moment as I'm waiting in anticipation for rvs to get an 8mm to 9mm adapter for the Dani Fusion head to be used on dynavap style stems.
Really rate RVS, I think they're great and have bought plenty from them on the last few years
