deleted....screw it. It will come out and be either great, awful, or in the middle and then there will be something to talk about.
Right now, IMO this is mental masturbation.
Actually, I commented on how the crucible will cause conduction. Not may. Not if. And not maybe.
You can click under the "messages" tab under my name and easily view all my posts in this thread. What you claim I've said, and what I've actually said, are two different things.
Do you not see the hypocrisy in calling me an elitist, when the product is being promoted by a self-titled "vape critic?"
You claim you came here to see how the vaporizer performs, yet the fact is nobody here has even touched one, so what did you really come here to see?
Well said, SP. If you have a beef with someone, take it to PMs.This is the link to start a conversation with another member:

Just in case anyone didn't know you could just directly message 1 person.
Got a first world problem here.
I need to cure my months long VAS and my front runners were the MV1 and the haze square while S&B 2 would be right up there if it should materialize.
I was really excited about the mv1 in May and I thought that was the one simply by process of elimination. S&B 2 is all hearsay and at the time, haze square looked like it would never come out. Mv1 was supposed to come out in July but with all the delays, it looks like haze square has covered some ground during that time. It looks like both will come out sometime during the fall.
Decision time.
Mv1 looks like a powerful sexy beast but I got my reservations about it. I won't go into detail about my skepticism because it seems like everyone is on edge these days (people really need to chill...with some weed perhaps?)
Haze square looks steady and reliable but lacks that sexy allure that the mv1 has. I've never used haze products before but it seems like they have a solid reputation and I heard good things from other owners. Anyone know if the older haze vapes hit like a champ?
What to do?
Go with the hot girl AKA ghost MV1 that's giving me the tingles in the scrotum? Or go with the good girl who'll be home every night to cook me dinner?
Or wait for S&B to spank the competition?
I can't wait any longer than the end of 2017 to cure this nasty case of VAS blue balls.
I imagine that loading would depend on how you carry your material but I'm curious as to how you load a vape differently when you are out and about than at home? I load my vapes all the same whether I'm home or out and about. Are you possibly speaking to how to load right after a session where the crucible is hot?I tell you, my biggest issue with the MV1 is the loading. I just can't see how I'd be able to load this on the go. And I don't see how I'd be able to load it after using it for a session. With my Mighty, I load on the go using their included tool, or the capsules. And I can load multiple times without issue. So that's what I'm nervous about with the MV1. Also, the fact that there are delays. They shouldn't announce something until they are definitive. Just shows bad planning in my opinion. Anyway, looking forward to your guys reviews.

Open the vape and take the crucible out. Put the vape in your pocket. I would use a tube you can get from @Ratchett or any head shop and load the crucible. Pull the tube out and load the crucible. Put the tube away and then pull the vape out and pop the crucible back in.Ok let's say I'm somewhere outside where i have no place to put anything down. With the mighty, I unscrew the top, unscrew the bottom of the filling tool, and connect both pieces together. Don't lose any material. It's amazing. Not sure how I would accomplish this with the MV1. My grasshopper is also easy to load on the go.
Also, yes, the crucible being hot is another concern of mine

I'm curious how long it will take it to cool as well. He mentioned a few seconds blowing the crucible and It's ready to be picked up but from what I took away well under a minute.the crucible might be too hot to do this for a few minutes. assuming you don't mind waiting for it to cool down, it still looks awkward to put in the crucible without spilling (and if it's your 2nd or 3rd crucible, that could influence matters...). vape critic says he got used to it, so maybe what looks awkward isn't a big deal. as people start using this, they'll be reporting back on the learning curve - we'll see if they agree with bud.

Alumina ceramic has very good heat retention, even better than titanium. Once hot it cools slowly.
...it's more bukkake than simple masturbation
Hmmm good questions.
Been following both the MV1 and the Square.
Liking the innovative ideas that are coming out.
My issue with the square is the built in battery but I get the form factor kinda requires it.
Being able to replace the heating element is an interesting feature.
I know Haze 3 owners have been very happy with their purchase and are supportive of both the vape and the company.
The MV1 might offer better vapor cooling than the square but until both are out its going to be impossible to compare them.
Hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer to find out if both companies release their vapes soon.
Now, that was a belly laugh, hogni! -- of course, after I googled.
There are indeed two aspects of this vape that many people (including myself) will view as significant shortfalls or flaws. Both are observable at this point in time...that is, when we still don't have the actual vape to use.
The crucible lid will not latch on. This is big, I believe that they received this feedback and proceeded in this direction anyway, and will come back to haunt them
The single button for control and the stupid row of idiot lights for all display purposes. I suspect I will be able to get used to them and operate the vape without problem, but I don't like it and feel it was block headed of them to adhere to some design principle to the point that they impacted function, IMO.
