Bethesda did kind of shoehorn vr into Fallout, Doom, and Skyrim so I'm not surprised they have issues. I'd probably still buy them off a crazy steam sale to try if my computer could play them...

House of the Dying sun has a cool mechanic where you can switch between the tactical map and a fighter. You just kind of zoom out and tell the other ships in your fleet what to do then pick a fighter (fighters only *I think*) to jump into and then your back in the battle. This gif kind of shows it off:

I'm going to check out Elite Dangerous, vr is great for driving/flying. I Expect You To Die looks like a lot of fun, funny too. I'm definitely getting that and Rick & Morty. LA Noir looks good and also unintentionally hilarious. I watched some gameplay on youtube and it looks fun to play and fun to just completely screw around.

If you aren't playing Polyball, you fucked up badly. I got it for like $13 last week and spent probably 10hrs on the "storyline" alone, now I'm just fucking around having fun... Very good, challenging game.

Also still reeling from Nier:Automata, which I got ending E almost a month ago now... probably best storyline in a game I've ever played. Really great and just fucking heartshattering. I love deep, philosophical stories and this hit all the right buttons. Can't say enough good things about it. Like 88% on quests now, definitely going to 100% this one.

Finally got a chance to play Fortnite Battle Royale, tons of fun. I thought the crafting was gimmicky and still feel like it is, but it's also a lot of fun. I picked up an orange item that looked like a bush and I had no idea what it does. We were building what turned out to be a really shitty fort near the center when another team came at us. We were getting slaughtered so I said fuck and used the item. Turned me into a bush, nobody saw me, almost won the round. My team hadn't seen the item either so luckily they weren't mad I stood there and watched them die, they just started spectating me and laughing when the realized I was the bush.

I'm super interested in it and have no idea why I've never thought to get a flight stick. That would make vr (or any) flying games so much more fun...

Absolutely, it is one of the best VR games out right now. I need to dig my old flight stick out of the closet though because while it is playable with a gamepad a HOTAS is ideal.

Been wanting to try Nier haven't had time, heard only good things

Subnautica, my old roommate says is one of his favorite games of all time. He likes those types of games tho (survival).

I literally just installed Fortnite, can't wait to play. Only hear good things, literally everyone I know is playing it on their consoles, my name is the same as here :)

The company has returned the suspect’s account registration data along with console activity, sales activity, device message history (for both PS4 and PS3), and associated device details for the PlayStation Network user ID DejanWoW. First spotting the warrant and its execution document, Forbes reports that it remains unclear why authorities made this unusual demand.​

Genital Jousting is finally out of early access, I had no idea it was getting a single player. It reminds me of The Stanley Parable, it's hilarious. Couch multiplayer is funny too, the whole game is just so flipping crazy.

i mean, it seems funny but wouldn't that game be a bit weird to play with your friends? The novelty seems like it would wear off pretty quickly. Maybe I am wrong, though. Was wrong about fortnite, that game is stupid fun

I don't know, I'm pretty sure me and my friends will laugh our asses off playing it. My brother definitely though it looked funny, I guess it could be weird for some groups of friends though.

I actually haven't played it yet, I just bought it today after watching some one else play the single and multiplayer for a bit. It seemed worth it for the single player alone, I love The Stanley Parable and it reminded me of that.

I agree if the gameplay isn't good then funny visuals won't save it, I guess it will depend on how fun the gameplay is. Also it's only $7 so I'm not too worried about buying it and not playing for too long.

Been playing Destiny 2 since beta but I'm getting burned out on it. I'm so sick of the inventory management! I just want to shoot aliens in the face and take in the wonderful soundtrack.

Any recommendations for a casual fps for PS4 with a good soundtrack? Thinking of finally living like it's 2017 and picking up Overwatch.

I've been loaned an Xbox One by a generous neighbor :) With a small stack of games. I haven't owned a console since the 16-bit era, so this is something different for me. I've been on PC for a while.

Playing Forza Horizon 2 at the moment and really enjoying it! Driving games seem really well suited to consoles. I also played Gears of War remastered but didn't like it. Felt a bit dumbed down compared to gun/shooting based games on the PC.

Also like that the Xbox lets me play games in the lounge room, on the sofa. More comfy than sitting upright at a PC.

Been playing some random ps4 games Hustle Kings and 4 Kings casino. My brother is top 10 in the world in poker so it is an exciting time for the family! Hustle kings is fun! Underrated and plays well
