anyone gonna be getting marvel vs capcom 3 next week?
I got it..wow the colors man.
This is an awesome game to play with a friend, not so fun alone. Haven't played it online yet though.
The cool thing is I can whoop on Spiderman with Ryu which is just fantastic. It's got some of the coolest fighting visuals i've seen, the only one that comes close visually is BlazBlu.
It probably won't make it into my normal rotation, NBA 2k11 holds the local multiplayer crown right now, but its definitely worth renting at least.
COD:Black Ops is my most played. Fun as hell online with friends who are into it. Once you get some decent ability in this game you can really have fun working together with friends.
Starcraft 2 is second. This game is pretty fun to watch and play. There are guys who simply cast SC2 game replays like sports casters and it's gaining a lot of momentum as an e-sport with sponsors and tourneys. I enjoy this game because of the different strategies you can try out on opponents. It's an awesome feeling when your strategy works!
NBA 2k11 is third. Man talk about some fun...this game is the most fun I have with local multiplayer. Dunking on a good friend feels so great! Especially when you jam after stripping the ball away from him.
Good times, good trash talking times....
Dead Space 2: A fantastic single player experience, reminded me of the good old days when games were exciting just as single player, like Half Life. Very creepy, very very gorey. Don't be afraid to die just to check out your death animations, some of them are awesome!
Dragon Age: Origins: A good RPG if your into RPGs. From the creators of Baldur's Gate so get ready for a lot of magic.
Skate 3: When I wanna chill out this is a cool game to jam to your own tunes and just bust some tricks. I really like using my own soundtrack it makes the game way cooler.
Tiger Woods 11: This is pretty damn fun with a group of 4 people. The cool thing is how long it takes so you got time to chill and smoke while the others take their swings. Plus you only need 1 controller for everyone but you can utilize 4 if you have them. (Why monopoly on the 360 doesn't have this ability is beyond me).
BlazBlu: For any of you who played this game...quite simply it's insane. A Japanese anime fighter through and through. I never really know what's going on in this game but its a really heavy fighter with lots of techniques in use that I have no idea about.
Tekken 6: Now this is my kind of fighter! It's not super fast-paced and doesn't overwhelm you with visuals. The combos and controls are simple, more about timing than sequence really. I like tekken because I feel in control vs other fighting games where I'm not really sure.
Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom: What a weird game this was. I played a little bit but never really got into it. It seems like it would be alright, basically you control this big ogre dude who helps you get through obstacles you normally cant. It's not too bad.
Fable III: This game was pretty awesome. Lots of little detail make this game unique and personable. If you dig fable you should check this out, but then again if you dig Fable you've known about 3.
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit: This game is awesome! I HATE racing games and I love this game! It's one of the only racers that I enjoy besides Mario Kart. My only gripe is no local multiplayer support.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood: Now I was going to play this game a while more but the controls felt so incredibly clunky that I gave up. I cant stand the controls here.
Halo Reach: Pretty damn awesome if you like halo. The single player experience reminded me of Halo 1. Multi-player has changed quite a bit Admittedly I am way more into COD online but halo was a nice change.
I'll have bulletstorm pretty soon and will post my thoughts on it.
Well I suppose that's it for now I can't think of any I really play other than those.
