I can vouch for the marriage ups and downs, 23 years here. I have been sick and on chemo for the last 10 years. It has definitely taken a toll on our relationship. It was my impending divorce that gave me the idea to try nutraceuticals instead of pharmaceuticals for a bit and I/we couldn't be happier. My gut and liver are starting to heal and this is helping heal my brain. I have a huge seizure scar that was driven by inflammation. I am reinventing myself, yet again. My wife says that my body smells better since the change as well which might be TMI but oh well . . .

There has been an incident with my man junk.
First things 1st.
Im ok.
The band is still together and is still able to head in 'one direction.'

I swear to God this is a true story.
Last night, my 100lb rottweiler puppy bit me on the balls whilst I was having a sneaky pee in the back yard.
Here i was in the back yard holding my bleeding balls screaming at the top of my lungs 'mutha fucker bit me on the balls!!, mutha fucker bit me on the balls. ' over & over again, while I run about showing anyone who was there my mangled nutsack leaking the wrong kind of fluid. (anyone who has blown a head gasket will sympathise)
Thank god no medical aid was required. But none the less, my balls are sore & I call bull shit on @Stu for saying that dogs and people balls are compatible.
They most def are not.
Im not sure if me & the dogs are still friends?
I have some newly developed trust issues. Maybe I will cut down on waving my dick about in the backyard a little.
anyhoo, I asked mrs dorkus if she could check to see that it was still airtight by sucking on it. She said she wasnt keen.
I asked if it was because the dog was licking its ass just before he bit me?
But she said it was because she is married and doesnt have to do that shit anymore.

@dorkus_molorkus - as far as the dog is concerned, get your self some peanut butter and that should help getting the dog to do the trick.
Warning, once you've learned this trick you may not leave your house for a while. Hence why @Stu disappears from time to time.

If you are talking about oxycodone itch I have the exact same problem. My Dr. just switched me to morphine sulfate and it stopped. However taking morphine like that has its own problems. Remember, Cannabis potentiates opiates so you need less. Take care of your liver during all this.

Yeah reason you're itchy is because of the histamine release that opiates cause. Oxycodone is pretty bad for that for me too, morphine kinda close to it but not as bad... Antihistamines will fix it, may want to try a 2nd Gen like Claritin first. The 1st Gen antihistamines (Benadryl, Phenergan, Atarax, etc) are sleepy/sedating and can make the sedating effects of the opiates a bit more pronounced/noticeable. Won't make you get near OD or anything, but you might get a bit sleepy and wake up a few hours later. I assume you're not doing any driving...
Don't ask me how I know, I used to have a tolerance to put some cancer patients to shame

I'm just going to throw this out there. With everything I've been going through. Im loosing the ability to control my anger and depression. To be honest I think the anger is getting worse than the depression. They had me on 40mg citalopram which did nothing maybe a more crying mad. Know they have me on xanax and it's like a drunk mad. Either way I just seem pissed and I don't wanna be.
My wife wants a divorce and a few of my friends I now are avoiding me my blatant honesty is just to much for some!!
Maybe time alone to find myself OHS and all the other bullshit is really starting to make me question a lot of things that I thought I already had figured out. Life is tricky if it was easy everyone would be happy. Lol
Enough of my rambling.

Having been through years of therapy I can say most of it doesn't really do much. Its actually made things worse once or twice. However EMDR therapy for PTSD is real, it works, and I recommend it wholeheartedly. Ditch the meds if you can. Heal your gut and mind with minerals and vitamins that are in high quality, readily absorbable forms. Minerals should be chelated with a proper amino acid like glycine or even better combined with oratic acid to form orotates. Its a huge rabbit hole so thats enough for now.
