I occasionally run into a strain where the THC test results come in around 30%+. Doesn't happen often though and when it does I stare at it for awhile with tears in my eyes....... because invariably they assign a price I'm not willing to spend.
You shined a light on an aspect of the sales list I put out that I'm not sure anyone is aware of.....If I receive a text or email about a strain with these high specs I don't report it because its never "a sale" price or worth it IMO. Maybe I should be reporting these strains in case anyone wants to splurge but $60 and up is just too much.
Then there's the "are the test results for real" debate. Many around here think the grower, dispo and test company itself are kinda pumping the results.
I agree on the "consistently achieve" part but I'd love it if someone did because it could drive the lesser grow's prices down.....

I had that 4.1% Terpene flower from HT.
Shit was dry and smelled like hay.
Stopped trusting any sort of testing from them after that.
I think you sort learn who to trust for what sort of info.
I've gotten some 30%+ from Trulieve that I didn't think was anything special.
That could just be the nature of THC itself though and not necessarily anything against Trulieve.
The terpene from HT tho just feels like a blatant lie unless I really misunderstand Terpene percentages.
Terpene percentages seem to reflect nicely from RiSE. Anything around the 2s definitely has a strong smell/taste.
We'll see how good 30%+ is from medmen if we can find some guinea pigs

Hard to tell...because I'm not buying anything that expensive unless its on sale.
Some of their non-Cultivar or non-Primo has been surprisingly good at times.2 years back I picked up some Cultivar on sale around Christmas. It was better than most but I've also had just as good at the lower price points. I recently picked up some Black Tuna on sale from them (usually $58 an 8th) and had to exchange it because it was smalls and wasn't particularly dank or smelling great. The exchange was much better but I don't know if I would say "significantly" better than their other flower offerings.
So I'm drawing the line at the word "significantly". My limited experience with Cultivar is its usually better than Trulieve's other flower but I'm not comfortable with the "significantly" part.
