Marc is a great dude and I think his heart is in the right place, but he just can't seem to keep up with email for some reason. I placed an order on June 23, but immediately after checkout I realized I forgot something and was going to see if I could add it to the order to save on shipping. He replied on July 1, apologizing for being behind on emails and told me to order what I needed to add and he could refund shipping. Ordered on July 1, notified him of the order number, haven't heard anything back nor was refunded shipping on my second order. So I'm just assuming that he is either missing emails or is way behind on responding.

Seems like it, but responding to support emails is a pretty important part of business.

The FATX looks like an amazing piece of kit, but I will not do business with Marc again as I can now see that it's a massive ordeal to get him to deal with any issues that may occur. If it breaks down, will I have to wait weeks on end for a repair to be approved?

I just wanted him to look into where my $200 order is. I wasn't asking for an immediate refund or reship. Tomorrow is the first day I can request a chargeback from my bank, so I will go ahead and do so as I'm tired of being ignored.
