The screen in the tip of the mouthpiece tube definitely gets clogged. It is actually interesting, when it happens you can take the mouthpiece out and look at it under a magnifying glass and you can see a fine layer of cannabinoid resin coating the screen, forming a barrier to airflow. You can always just take that clogged mouthpiece and smoke that resin directly from it, but that's a different topic
I think the best way to use the mouthpiece is to use that spring coil only. Don't grind too fine and draw slow and you won't inhale any bits and it won't get clogged.
As far as the other screen is concerned, i.e. the one inside the main unit, that will never get clogged. Since it is upstream from the plant material and is in the hottest part of the vaporizer, it won't get coated in resin. I have taken apart a unit that had a few months' usage and the screen was still shiny brass color. There was a tiny amount of pulverized, charred plant dust that got into the small cavity under the screen but nothing to worry about. Because you are drawing air from there, the tendency is for it to self-clean.
The only cleaning I do is occasionally clean the mouthpiece, usually with a lighter by burning it clean, and then occasionally scrape the inside of the main unit with a toothpick. I also clean both of those parts occasionally with a q-tip and iso.
