There is a piece of tape i found inside that says 220v so for sure it is. This really sucks...do those adaptors really work and would they be safe to use on a vape?
See, that's what you get for buying a "fake" Cloud, LOL.
On a more serious note, I bought one 10 days ago and haven't even receive a tracking number, at least you got one, maybe you should do what lwien recomends
Maybe we can arrange something with the seller and have your Cloud shipped my way, this way he can save on postage if he ever sends one to me at all, LOL.

The European 220V plugs don't look like that, but the Australian 220V plugs do look like that, and Australia was included in the International versions of the Cloud & Cloud+. I seriously doubt if any Clouds were shipped to China, they'd probably execute you over there just for owning one!
Whatever the case, you've got an International Cloud which runs on 220V and an adapter is not going to work with Canada's 120V residential power grid. You could use step up transformer, but bottom line is you need to contact the eBay seller and get this sorted out.
You can see every International power plug in this Wikipedia Article.

Just received my Outlaw Cloud+ down here in Oz.
Paid for on 9th so about 2 weeks transit time.
Received the correct 220v international version with Aussie plug.
NO ELBs in the package though, lucky I had already bought some.
No time to test at moment, will let you guys know.
edit: lolol I am an eeediot. Despite the multiple warnings in this thread that the ELBs are very easy to miss I STILL MISSED THEM... MULTIPLE TIMES. lol. I was going through the packaging one last time before throwing it out and finally found the 3x ELBs.

yeah thats the same plug as Australia and we are 220/240v 50hz.
Step up/down converters are readily available as a solution. Gonna cost you more and can be a pain.

I ordered one for a friend on the 16th and didnt receive any tracking until the 23rd and the package aarrived today. He didnt respond to any of my emails.
I ordered mine on the 16th. too, that gives me some hope, but if I don't see it at my doorstep tonight when I get home, I will demand my money back and leave a bad review.

Vapornation is out of ELBs now. Supposedly they'll be restocked in 7-10 days. Probably everyone getting these rogue cloud+'s bought them all up. I don't see any other dealers that have them in stock right now. Vapornation was nice and offered me expedited shipping when they do come in. btw, to make the discount code work enter it on the earlier screen instead of the later checkout page.

Well, some may think this inappropriate in this thread, I must tip my hat to the VXL crew.
They created one fuck hell of a vap.
I was VERY doubtful it could be much of step-up from my DBV.
Because of that I was never going to drop $500 on an unknown.
BUT, I love the damn thing. It extracts so well. It gets me more 'stoned' (aka closer to combustion feeling) than any vap I've ever tried.
I'm now saving for a EVO.
A sale that wouldn't have happened without these cheapie outlaw Clouds.
I don't know whether that is of any comfort to the VXL guys.
All I know is they created a great product and now have another avid fan.

Thats it screw it! Im going to pull the trigger. I am going to order an extreme bowl incase it doesnt come with bowls. Is the extreme a good substitute for the VXL elbows?

I like the first one but not sure if it can handle the heat, know it has plenty of strength. Second one I have used before but dont know if it really has any holding strength (definitely can handle the heat)....third one looks very interesting doesnt like water which shouldnt be a problem, but has a few bad reviews and im not sure how strong it is. Im thinking JB weld but IDK how hot it gets, will need to do some research; just check JB weld website, "It can withstand temperatures up to 550ºF when fully cured."....hmmmm

As long as you flatten one of the EQ domes or even better use the 1/2" screen for a lid that I posted above. IMO it's a waste of time unless you do that; when I first tried 2 EQ stems I was more happy with the Solo. Now that I've been using the flat screen I haven't picked up my LSV since.

I too had to open a ticket. Seller wouldn't respond about the unit not getting hot enough to vape even at max temp....
Hopefully I'll get a full refund from paypal when he just totally blows me off as he has so far. Part of the gamble, but like I said...I have no problems fighting him in paypal.
If I get a refund maybe I'll take it apart just for fun.

I too, put in an order. I couldn't pass it up. I got one for me and one for my brother for a Christmas gift for $110 for the first and then $100 for the second(bcuz I stupidly did them separately)! But I also put in the first order for myself on the 21st, and the second on the 22nd, and he WAS answering ALL my emails within an hour up until Sat or Sun, but now he's still not answering. His last email to me said that he was gonna update me with shipping info later that day, and now it's been 4 or 5 days and I've messaged him about 5 times already! It's starting to piss me off, but now that I see how long he took to update some people's orders, I'm not as worried! He did say that he's "only had intermittent internet at best since the storm rolled through, and he's sorry for any delays". But there was no delay at all until after he wrote that to me!! Idk. I'll report back when or IF he responds to me.

Good looking out but this is a WORKING cloud+ that I got locally from a friend who is now using his evo (far before me sadly

I'll even guarantee that this cloud+ will arrive in working condition, or your money/trade back if it makes you feel more comfortable about accusing me.I am currently in the middle of a paypal dispute over the cloud that doesn't function that I got on ebay. This is the response I got from the seller on the ebay "cloud+"
