My quest for a portable I love as much as my nano continues. Or, at least that's the rationale I use to justify my undying VAS. Lately I've been playing with the VapCap - an interesting, inexpensive and pretty efficient butane torch heated vape. It's nice. You should check one out if you're still on the quest for something to carry around in your pocket, too.
BUT..... that's not really what I came to write about. As I say, the VapCap is pretty efficient with the amount required and held in high esteem by many for its miserly quality.
However, the load is about the same as what I usually use for my nano. And, I'm here to tell you that I get MUCH MORE medicated with that load in my nano. It's not even a fair comparison. Plus, ease of use, use with a bubbler, etc, etc is all much better with nano too, of course. Truth be told, I'd have to say it takes twice as many loads in the VapCap to get to the same place as with the nano.
YMMV, but I've been through a good many vapes of my own and tried quite a few more over the past few years. To date, NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING comes close to what I get out of my nano from flavor, to efficiency, to ease of use, to simplicity of maintenance, and a few other pluses. For the price and versatility right out of the box, I still don't think it is possible to do better. At least not in terms of what I'm looking to get out of a vape.
I still use my OG Ver 1 most of the time. Have been rocking it daily for more than 3 years now, and it still continues to blow me away. In that time I had a bad dial (on non detachable cord) - and that took all of 8 days to ship across country, have repaired and retuned and have a new coat of finish put on, and come all the way back across the country to home. My cost? $0! How's that for customer service? Other than that, nothing to worry about other than cleaning glass, keeping my screens clean and in shape, and giving the wood and inside a little loving maintenance every couple months.
I guess there could be a better vape or two out there, but not for me! nano-nano!
so their alot of thing to consider ,i hate to play with new things ?
Dude - it is about the easiest vape to use. You'll be going good with it within the first couple loads. If like most, you'll probably tweak for a little to figure out what you like. But, nano is very versatile so you can probably get it to be how you want it to be. Only one caveat that bothers some but not many. It can be a little tricky at first to get huge clouds out of it without a little practice. It can certainly be done, but may take 10 or 15 loads to get good at. Other than that (and small quibbles like a stiff cord) it's a no brainer. Make sure you get all you need when you order (GonG adapters, spare screens, stand?) to save on shipping and wait times. Skim the thread and check out the Best of thread if it's still around. Everything you need to know is here on FC somewhere.
