I Ordered late on Black Friday aound 330 and finally got shipping confirmation today, thank god I can stop yanking my hair out(The VAS is strong with this one). I ordered a TI woody, dynastash ER, and a OG.
Don't think I ever got one of these, but it wasn't too hard to figure out and do.
Now if I could just see my long waited for order. No problems with the $80 or so one for some accessories and an OG for a Christmas gift i picked up on BF sale. Ordered on 28th, got notifications the other day, and scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Awesome!
Not so much with my large, and much more expensive, order placed on 11/3. My OMNI (finally ordered) and a bunch of other stuff. Ordered then so I would have everything before BF sales slowed things up. So much for that idea! I've seen photos of most items in my order posted here as new receipts that were ordered during BF sale. If waiting for a T-shirt or something not so important that is on backorder is keeping my OMNI from me, that would really suck. Worst part is that I still don't have any response from DV to the email I sent last Saturday inquiring about my order, and offering to pay shipping again if they ship what's in now and whatever else when it is available.
Glad to see everyone else is receiving their stuff, and enjoying great communication and CS. But, I sure am jealous!
Check your spam folder. That's where I found my order confirmation and the email about resetting my password. Apparently Gmail doesn't like vaping as much as I do because they've blocked emails from FC and UD as well

I had to send a follow up email & it turned out my order was on someones desk getting some extra QC to make sure things were as per my comments (I did check what was available earlier in the week). Definitely shoot Matt an email at info@dynavap.com as he is very helpful & an absolute asset to Dynavap (Matt better get a Christmas bonus @VapCap ).
The big mistake made was launching a new website during their biggest ever month of sales. Most likely it was meant to launch before the sale & well shit happens . Should have been delayed for a week or two as the volume of emails they must have received about orders not being updated on the website would be crazy.
Still orders are shipping & new converts are getting their first experience of a VapCap. I remember my first time .
Certainly don't know at this point, but am afraid the t-shirt I got may be what jammed me up. Noticed they changed from what they were before on the new website, and new ones aren't available yet. Everything else in my order looks like it is moving through. Maybe lasered caps? I dunno. Really hope it's not the t-shirt that is causing me to wait more than a month. Only threw it on because was already doing a big order, and figured it would help me turn even more people on to VCs.
Matt will see you right @flotntoke. I would be pissed if it was a t shirt holding things up though.
Anyone know how they are doing on fulfilling orders? Have most of the black Friday orders shipped yet? I ordered mine on the 28th and haven't received a shipping notification yet.
I know, I know, patience is a virtue. I'm not too worried, just curious if anyone had heard how they are coming along. Can't wait to try out my new Ti Woody XLS.
More than half of the Back Friday weekend orders are out, and we will be running multiple shifts all weekend to keep the titanium tips coming.
