I received my Shaddam stem on Friday and have been using it for the last few days. The wood is beautiful and it hit's like a train. I'm very happy I pulled the trigger.

Nioce, sorry about the shipping taking so long. I am talking with my man at the post office about getting my packages for over seas to not route through Chicago for a while. Until then there are going to be longer delays for International.
I am over joyed that you are happy with what you got. It just puts a smile on my face to know that people are enjoying these stems as much as I do.
I had about five inches of wood... I think this is how some porn's start.... Any ways I wanted to see if I could make a five inch Duke. Well I did, so this guy is going to the market on the 22nd. It is just, well it is going to take a lot of self control for me to put it in the store but that is were it is going.
I had a great day today, and I am working hard on getting the finish done on the launch for the 22nd. Have more pic's tomorrow, as always...

Oh so I got inspected today by the Big Boss herself. It was close but The Lord of the Known Universe Her Highness Desdemona The Demonic Duck. She keeps a close eye on all things in this universe, and she is training her minions to do the same.
So I lived trough yet another encounter with the wings of death, The Lord of the Known Universe Her Highness Desdemona The Demonic Duck. I also got a lot done today, so now for the update and pics.
These are most of what is going to be released on the 22nd. You have some Lady Jessica, some Duke Leto, some Jamis, and well that will come a bit farther down on the post here.
These are what I made today the last three Dukes, and four Lady's. and five....
The Dirty Bene Tleilax are here. Made from Red Elm, Goncalo Alves, and that is one Blood Wood at the end there. I must say that the Red Elm is going to look devine. I have some other pic's for later this week. Well lets show you one.
Now that is unfinshed and really rough it has a lot of work yet to do on it. But it is going to be just divine.
So these Bene Tleilax are going to bring the Mother of Pearl ghola effect. ( MoP ) This will mean that every line is going to have a few MoP's in it. Then on the next launch more Bene Tleilax will show up to bring a new ghola style in. This go on until all the ghola effects are in production. Then any time a new ghola effect is found the Bene Tleilax will pop back up to introduce it. So the 22nd is going to have four, you heard that right, four lines restocking/launching. We have the Jamis, Duke, Lady, and Tleilaxu. That is right we here at Dynacrafts.com, well it is just me and other Jonathan and TBH I think that guy is on drugs, pride our self in quality and quantity. Jonathan handles the quantity and other Jonthan handles the quality, I just hope that we can keep being handy to each other...... Well that came out wrong.... Phrasing.....
I am sorry just trying to have fun with it and blow off some stress. Because we are entering a perilous area in our lives, one could say we are on a path to it. This path is more of a well traveled road, a highway if you will. Now we are on this highway that leads us to this trepidatious cloud of unknown. One could argue that it is a zone, and in this zone there is a higher than usual risk. I find it quite plausible to call it a zone of danger....... Yeah I need to get a life. I just wrote a paragraph just to do a bad joke from a old tv show. Danger Zone...... As always..

Here you see one of the red elms, it still has quite a bit more finish work but that is all curing and final details. The MoP is there to bad you do not see the light refraction from the Red Elm. So I will show the others as they are viewable. But they still are far from done. I just wanted you all to have a nice look at it so I took a few pics.

Sorry about the delay in the update there was an issue that popped up. So this is going to be the update for both days. I love doing these daily updates but I have over extended myself here a bit. So my data shows that Saturday and Sunday are the two days with the lest amount of responses. So I am not going to do daily updates on Saturday any more. I will IG a pic on Saturday, but no blog update. I will keep Sunday because it is a pre shop update, the others are just kind of daily hype builders for the lines. Speaking of lines....
This is one of the Ghola's from the Duke Leto line it is just another preview of the MoP Ghola. So tomorrow I am back in the shop. If the new wood is here I will start on those lines, If not then I will work on the next Ghola line and the Stilgar line. I have about 20 boxes to go through from the shipments for Dynacrafts and a few other projects, and I lost track of what came in and what did not. I am sorry I do not have a narrower ideal of the game plan. We will just have to wait and see. I hope this finds you well and as always...

The Futars are comming!!!!!!!!
The Futars are going to be two different woods on the same line. Seen here is the Red Black Palm ones, and as soon as the wood gets here the other is just Black Palm. So they should be launching on the first week in July. The Stilgar line is just put on hold indefinitely because of shipping shortages. The Ghola stuff should all get here next week some time so I hope that is on track. I found some extra wood today after searching all over the place so I hope I have buffeted the supply to handle the shipment problems. Most of the places I order from now has found out what I did a while ago, USPS is the only ones right now shipping on time. So the newer orders are coming in before the older ones lolz.
Here you can see the Red Black Palm up close. It is just an amazing looking grain and texture. I really lucked out finding what I did. The supply for this run is limited. Not like never get again, but like IDK how long it will take to get more but I can get more. So I have about 2-5 more to make depending on how many survive the turning. This stuff is Wedge lvl hard to work with. I cut enough for 12 to be made today. I only got 7 out of those 12. The rest just shattered or cracked. The same thing that makes the grain look so outstanding is the same thing that makes it really hard to work with. But again it is so worth it.
I hope to have the Black palm in by Thursday.
The Duke and Lady lines are now all curing and getting ready for you all along with the last of the Jamis. I will start leaking pic's for the launch on the 22nd through IG and here in the updates.
Now I have been debating on sharing this or not so I will just tell you what I know. Work picked up and I had to pick up the slack, and I also kept up Dynacrafts and expanded production at the same time. Well I was burning the candle at both ends long after I ran out of wick. It has now all caught up to me and I am having some minor health issues. Nothing to worry about nothing big, but I have over extended my self here. So if I miss an update or a blog or an IG do not fret or worry. It is just I did not have time, or I needed to get some rest. Again I can not stress how minor this is, but it will effect Dynacrafts. So I told you all because you all are Dynacrafts, I do this all for you all, you all are my boss. So as a loyal employee I have to inform you all of anything that will effect Dynacrafts. So do not fret, worry, or panic. I am just trying to find a healthy balance for all this, so there is going to be some waxing and waning in the production cycles until it is found. As always...

Back about twelve to fifteen years ago I wanted to change my gamer tag. Well I wanted Rabid Eagle, but that was taken. So I just started trying random birds. I got Rabid Kiwi, then I liked it so much that I just kept it rolling. It describes my flavor of madness quite swimmingly, and has grown on me. At the time I really did not know that people from NZ were Kiwi's also there was that short span that Kiwi was slang for vagina, this was about the same time the 360 got that little camera.... I call those two years the Dick Pick years... Gave me a better understanding on the other side of unwanted advances. Nothing wrong with loving who you love, I am just not a fan of seeing other mens dicks. I was amazed at the amount of men who 1. Thought 7 inches was big. 2. Got really creative with their manscaping, like way too much time on it. 3. How they sent another male a dick pick and I would respond " Mines bigger " then they call me gay. Like I am not the one sending random dudes dick pics over a videogame system. 4. There needs to be some etiquette class on how to interact with people you are attracted to. 5. This one was the biggest out of them all. That we build an illusion of what we perceive people to be like, then fall in lust/love with that illusion, then hate the other person for not living up to that illusion..... This this is why I do not need much free time. I just think way to fucking much for my own good. Oh well as always...

So tomorrow is a shop day, and I still have not gotten a wood shipment. So I am going to complete the red futar line, then get the Bene Tleilax done for the next ghola. Yup that stuff came in. Also on the 22nd comes the Ghola option in the store. Now you can pick any one you want then buy the ghola add on and I will put the Ghola effect on it. This will add 4-7 days to the process time before shipping. This is also going to be a charged add on because I have to refinish a large part of it so the mats need to be paid for. But it is only going to be $10 more. The natural Ghola's are not going to have any price increase because they are done that way from the start and so there is no extra production cost, so there is no extra costumer cost.
There is also some testing going on with 5/16th bores and turnings. So just to let you all know that. I am still not sure if I can get this all to work because of the natural swelling wood has that is dependent on its local environment. But I am giving it the old college try. No promises it is all in testing still.
Pics have started for the next launch on the 22nd. It will be launching @ 4:20 again. I think it is right around 20 this time idk I really do not have a full count because of too many balls in the air atm. ( giggity ) So Get ready for the bi weekly Hype Train... Got a bit done today. So the Red/black Futar line is completed and going to finish. I got the Black Palm in so next monday I will start on the Black Futar. I also got the five Bene Tleilax done for the next Ghola launch July the 6th. So lets take a look.

I brought a stem as a backup for my vortex.
It arrived and i was very impressed with the workmanship and it looked amazing. Very nice.
The tip was nowhere close to fitting. So i read here your meant to use a little sand paper to fit. So i sanded carefully testing as i went. I got a good fit and put it away.
Now when i look at the stem again the fit is lose. I am bummed that this stem is now less than ideal. The tips are a stadard size - why does the customer have to do this? Surely it would be better if maker did this before they went out? Disappointed.
I was considering using a little ptfe tape to get the fit to be better but i have no idea about toxicity.

I cracked a wooden stem with my '20-M tip. No problems with any other tips in my stems yet this tip broke 2 of them. Turns out the '20-M was more prone to rolling the o-ring making the diameter of the o-ring bigger and my homemade stems gave way. I learned quickly that you have to twist the VC tip into wooden stems to avoid this rolling o-ring problem. I think it was the inherent looseness of the original fit that allowed the o-ring to roll. It doesn't do that with metal stems.

The wood will swell and shrink depending on how humid it is and out side environment. The tips are not really a standard size they are all a bit off by .2-.8mm add that will the natural swelling/shrinking of the wood and for the best fit you have to just do it for the tip that you are going to use. You also can not use the tip before you size for it, and not work it too much because the tip will expand causing a bad fit. You can use a bit of hemp fiber to snug it up or an extra ring from the dyanvap store.

Ok so that is the first dump the Jessica line and the Ghola's I will put up Tomorrow.... Well dl002 is a ghola, just a very light one and it is one that is not going to be released for a while. I am also going to start having a small metal case you can buy as an add on for $5, with the Ghola any stem for $10 as well. That should be enough for now I will see you all tomorrow, despite it being my "down time" I just got too much stuff to do and not enough me's to do it lolz. As always...

I tried the extra o-ring. Not much good as the oring just gets pushed to the end of the tip.
However hemp fibre seems to have done it. Not sure why i did not think of this before. The stem is nice and snug now. I am a lot happier.
I did the sandpaper fit in a thunderstorm. The humidity was very high - this might be something to do with it.
Be carefull with that sandpaper folks! My suggestion - just take enough off so you can barley push in the tip with a struggle. I was a bit worried about thermal expansion cracking the wood so went a little further. I would not bother!

Yes do not do wood work when it is raining unless you have a room that is held at a constant humidity. Also I remove the ring farthest from the cap it seems to get you a better fit with out going over that limit. I am glad that the fiber works for ya and I want to thank you for bringing up the issues you had.
